Signs I would assume he’s bulked up more since leaving the SBS, He was probably lighter during his military career as you need to be at a more functional weight to traipse across mountain terrain During selection, most special forces guys aren’t GI joe look alikes, they’re normal guys with a extraordinary mental capacity to put themselves through hell, have you met foxey?
I couldn't do the running about bit, up mountains with a big bag on, but I could do the psychological bit. When they deprive you of sleep, give you abuse, throw bodily fluids at you, use repetitive noise, play mind games with you, and dump you in a place you've never worked in before. I would sail through that bit. I'm a nurse in the NHS, that's my job description ;)

A very interesting and nice conversation...a very important topic regarding processes and endurance... resistance to stress and agitation #PTSD Good luck to the gentlemen Great respect 🕊️
Nice that the SBS get some airtime... and were technically before the SAS! Arctic water based work and oil rig rescue from Subs; carrying massive amounts of kit on kayaks... another level!
Wrong shit bag. The SAS derived from the Long Range Desert Group, founded way before the SBS. The SAS was founded by David Stirling and he invented the selection process, This is well documented. When you consider that SBS selection is reported to be the same as SAS selection with an extra water phase added at the end, then it stands to reason that the SAS had to come before the SBS. Otherwise it would be the SAS following the SBS selection route, and David Stirling wouldn't be credited for founding the SAS and the selection process would he? Now get back to your playstation you armchair warrior affenschwanz.
Your SBS stats are made up. Nowhere does it state that the SBS was founded in 1940. I think you will find that it was the Army's Special Boat Section that was first brought into service in 1940, this was not the SBS. It was a section of the Army. The clue is in the title, dimwipe. The origins of the SAS on the other hand are well documented as 1941. Show me one link to your SBS claim/source? You have more chance of finding out who your real father was than coming up with that. Happy hunting fuckhead.
Hello Mark, I'd be interested to see what the SAS/SBS guys think of Ben Griffin, if you're not aware, he's a former Tom/Trooper openly talking on UA-cam about his exploits in the Middle East and his refusal to go back to theatre. In some interviews he seems to question the mentality of the British soldier.
Just bought your book Foxy and waiting. This type of question bugs the hell out of me and I'm curious to know your taught. Is there any other letter and sound in the 26 letter alphabet that we as humans can express through dialogue
I'v never seen the show, but I have seen Ant on plenty of talk shows(and on a football show&he can kick a ball),So from a fitness perspective he's the real deal, but as u pointed outb there is something I can't quite put my finger on about him?,(too egotistical perhaps)that makes me a little uncomfortable.. Where as this fella has a good aura about him&is very humble& unassuming..
steve lowry it’s same training but through out a longer period of time! Once you’ve served 18 months in the reserves you can go full time same as the Royal Marines
I have enjoyed watchin the s.a.s who dares wins, i am really ashamed of myself with what ive done with my life, i have so much respect for anyone who serves in any of our armed forces, i am such a pussy and i really could not do what they have done. X
Jason Fox you are the man! A honest and decent human being.
Jason seems to have such a mild temperament. So glad he seems to be on top of his PTSD. Could listen to him read the phonebook. Such a hero.

Got to love foxy. Ive just finished his book and got to say wow what a man. He deserves the upmost respect.
he looks strong, not like these gym people bulky and huge. He looks strong and practical.
and sexy. Yep! You forgot to mention sexy
Dodger yeh I watched him blitz that coarse and he got my respect , also there's limited celebrity attitude about him he's a proper bloke .
Dodger pretty certain selection is longer than 6 weeks

He has legs for arms 💪🏻
Nice to see an interviewer who knows the difference between the Royal Marines/SBS and the Army/SAS. Great interview.
Colin Lees yeah I think the interviewer was a royal marine!
So cringe and frustrating when they go on tv and are referred to as SAS, i always feel the guys must get so annoyed by it and maybe even feel offended
foxy seems like a great man would love to meet him.
he's just such a nice person
One tough minded man!!!
Gunner Llewellin, WoW amazing to see you old mate. Last time I saw you was Hornby troop.
Wow. This is a blast from the plast Justin. We should connect on Facebook

Not correct. Stirling founded the special forces with the SAS. And it did not derive from LRDG. It was a discretely created unit.
Excellent video, Foxys Interview is Ace!
Awesome video Mark, great fun to watch
Great video great banter between the two of you loved this video .
Tanya Curtis Thanks Tanya 🙂
+Mark Llewhellin no worries you could easily present a show on TV think people would love watching you on TV
The next James Bond!? Thumbs up if you agree!!😂👍
I would say Sam Fisher 💪 if the UK ever thought about doing their take on the character 👍
@Rosida Andriyana To play Bond or Sam Fisher?
YES!!!!
Awesome chat. Loving the Welsh accent Mark 😀
Seems like a good bloke
Yeah, impressed by that. Nice seeing the normal side.
jason fox should be our prime minister.
was he 1 of the 2 guys that got lifted in basra? he mentioned in the show he had been captured, looked familiar..
Thank you/.
Should've asked him how he's so stacked

Connor Harding fuck you
Max Pollard fuck you to
@@connorharding2083 Great conversation...
look at the timber this man has
Sean Gent Yeah i know mate. He's a decent fellow.Large John knew by the way😉
The only interviews worth listening to with ex-SF guys, is with guys who are ex-miliary themselves like Mark. That sense of mutual respect.
He’s the lad NCO, every newbie looks up to in a Combat Section . If ones in a shit hole, follow Foxy

anybody know how the training and future ops differ between the reserve TA SAS and the full time crew in British SF ?

Lush foxy he awakens hormones in me i thought had died years ago. He could beast me anyday of the week. Xxx
Excuse me
Local bike Xxx
What's the average age people go for selection?
did he say I came out a while ago mate at the end. nothing against just he doesn't seems that way
who gives a shit, hes a badass that fought for his country, he could be whatever he wants and still deserve the same amount of respect.
He isn;t
I think he means PTSD
raymond noone He's talking about "coming out" of the military because he was struggling with PTSD.
He did mention PTSD at 8.55 and how it lead to his departure from the SBS
I'm confused was Jason SAS or SBS?
SBS
Billy the only SAS guy on the show
