I have a normal schleich horse, and they painted little dots on the mane and tail instead of the hair bands, so I was surprised at how good the fantasy ones looked!
the reason for the package difference is the year of production. the year that they say on the bottom is the year of design. schleich is cycling out the boxes of the bayala because its cheaper to do the packaging. schleich are hard painted but not as much anymore. only the details are hand painted whereas the old models are hand painted. if u like the new bayala my suggestion is to look at the retired ones u can find second hand on ebay. the horses that are retired are also very nice quality and u may like them.

I got the green one from the foal collectables, and its actually a little bit translucent, like jelly. I love him! And i was plannjng to get at least two more of those little ones

Omg I love those little Schleich animals. I made 2 little collections, one is animals of North America and another is a farm set with an Angus bull and calf and an American paint horse and filly. But I want more!😅👍👍

The new models in my opinion are made so cheaply compared with the older ones , they were sm more sturdy which is a real shame😅
I went to trago 2 times and if you go into the big shop where the massive Dragon is if you walk forward only forward you will see schleich
the packaging diffrences are normal the open box ones are the older packaging ways and the plastic bags with the horses having tags is a new packaging method they introduced this year

i am a schleich collector and i have 36 normal schleich horses and 13 unicorns i also have 9 schleich horses that i paintid and gave new coats and mains and tails

If u think schleich is OK u like papo mojo and collecta there the most best moudle real figure and there not expensive. Also t depend on if your a collecter there oldermoudle are worth more we talking like 200 moudle as back then there were more better then there new moudle also there not available in store so u can take them off tag on the one u got as there still in store and available.

oh wow Schleich totally decreased in quality :< used to have a bunch of Schleich figures as a kid (horses, a fairy and other animals) and the paint job used to look so much more realistic and detailed 🥲 they were so pretty! but now the horses eyes are just black dots and stuff, pretty disappointing :/
