I've been learning (and loving) hindi about 10 years now. This channel's format is perfect. Clear, useful and interesting. Videos are so much more effective than books in my opinion. I've read (endured) all the Nana Nani ki kahaniya, and spent years with novels, english version in one hand, hindi the other, and it's TIRESOME. Videos like this are just brilliant. Bahot, bahot dhanyavad!

Contrary to others, I actually like the speaking speed. A lot of courses use a really slow, odd-sounding Hindi and this pronunciation is mostly natural. Beginners will just have to listen multiple times to grasp it, but that's part of learning a language.

This is very very useful indeed and you guys did a great job. It is good that the sentences are spoken in a more or less 'natural' speed so that it sounds like a normal conversation, yet for a beginner it is rather fast and it would be nice if the dialogues were spoken for a third time really slow....

Some sentence and words are too formal .
Hindi native speakers usually speak midformal language.
    And teenagers speak informal.
But nowadays young people started using Hinglish which is mixed british english and hindi language.
This Problem started because of british empire invasion in past on india
Plus written and spoken hindi changed over time and now there is differences.
Best way to learn spoken hindi is movies and drama .

Useful video. But need one correction.
Someone who can read Hindi, will definitely able to speak Hindi. For non-Hindi speakers (for whom the video is intended to be) it is better to show what is being pronounced. So instead of a Hindi subtitle it is better to use English TRANSLITRATION and English TRANSLATION.

I'm a bit confused by the English translations in this video. There are sentences using raha hai but the English is not translated with an '..ing' ending that I thought raha hai is meant to represent? Surely this makes it harder to grasp Hindi if its parsed into approximations rather than literal translations?

Remember you are teaching the language. So you have think in terms of the situation of your learner. Your speed is too much and also you can include some amount of explanation of the new and hard points. Slow down between words and then go a second , third time with speed. You cannot teach a person following the same speed as of a native speaker. You must increase speed gradually over several attempts.
