      Iske blades shandar hain...bohot ache se chopping hoti h ...infact ek video m.aur post karoongi jisme ek simple.trick se aap garlic ko cheel sakte hain....

    Its too tedious, time consuming to seperate the garlic from peel. Any food processor can do this same job as this instacuppa. And why wud anyone want to peel so much garlic everyday? At the most one needs 2 to 4 cloves max for home cooking.
    Even restaurants don't keep such machines

      Hello..thnku so much for your nice reply...I agree with u....but when we cook non-veg or curry like dishes we put more garlic than others. Even we make garlic chutney and all these kind of dishes very much...I am using it for the past some time and taking it in use to make so many recipes...will share it with u all ...so plz be with me...

      @@foodmahal5863ya that's true meat needs more ginger garlic , onions. One of my Aunt too adds too much garlic to mutton. But wen i learnt cooking i found that adding some garlic ginger while marinating mutton or chicken and then adding some while cooking gives better results. And it's onions that give the gravy a umami flavor plus creates volume so I add more onions.
