14:07 .. Went for the Plyo for my S24U. An excellent compromise between all round protection and elegance; really shows off the colour of the S24U. Altogether a much sturdier and refined case than I had expected. UPDATE: the longer Ive used it, the more impressed I am. I'd go so far as to say that this is the only case you need for indoor use. FURTHER UPDATE I forgot to mention the outstanding quality of the buttons on this case. They are exceptionally well defined, precise and easy to use. So many more expensive cases are let down by weak buttons which seem to have been added as an after thought.

Been waiting for the UAG review. I got a monarch pro carbon fiber on my S24 ultra and it's worth every penny. Only downside is on the heavier side but worth the added protection.

Wow Flossy, what can I say? This review is heaven on a stick to me as a big UAG fanboy. But a fanboy for good reason. Their cases seem literally the best. I got my first UAG case, a transparent ICE PLASMA for my Galaxy Note 4 (still have and works great!!) after watching your entertaining and passionate review of the case. Bought probably a dozen different UAG since and had only one fall apart on me - another ICE PLASMA for my son's S5. It was inexplicable, such a case separating from it's components but the only one I have of which to complain. All others 100%. I haven't tried a Monarch yet but today's review suggests I should try. I like that Carbon Fibre one to look at better than the Kevlar, notwithstanding the superior benefits(?) of Kevlar of course. They're both 25ft certified so what's going on there? I still have a soft spot for the Plasma ICE but gotta move with the times and new models I suppose. Like the idea of the kick-stand but will forgo it for the Monarch. I think a Monarch with a stand would be the perfect case - will they make it? Anyway Flossy, thanks for all your reviews. Love your style, attitude, presentation skills/camera work, OH and your furry apprentice - what a gorgeous star - should feature the creature even more methinks 🙂 Keep up the fantastic work mate - you really shine in a review sea of mediocrity. Thanks for being an advocate for protecting your investment! It's so annoying to see people who smash their phone glass just because they didn't put on screen protector and case. My new cobalt violet S24+ has been protected since it saw light! 😎
Great review as always Flossy and I agree completely. I always get Monarch UAG cases for my phones and they do last. They're great looking and protect well. BUT. Although I bought the monarch, I also bought a leather case because I want to protect the front screen and don't want to put a screen protector on it because it will negate the anti-glare properties of the s24 ultra. You might mention something about that in future case reviews. If you add a tempered glass screen protector you undo the anti-glare. That makes a good case for leather flip cases I got the Venoult. Real premium quality leather, and its magnetic , meaning the interior case easily detaches from the outer leather
Flossy you know I'm a fan of your videos don't take this the wrong way. When you do a phone case review, may you show us the inside of the case to see if there's any padding protection on the corners or on the back of the case?
You can’t go wrong with this brand, i got the monarch pro Kevlar, one quick point; i saw the magnets slightly interfering with the Spen so what i did was adding a couple of business cards inside the case to to block it, Boom, work just fine, remember, adding a magnetic accessory WILL DEFINITELY interfere with the spend.
I was tempted to say that the Monarch Pro was TGH, but if you plan to keep the phone for the full seven year Android upgrade cycle, it's the best case to keep the phone safe for that period.
I like these case designs from UAG. The hexagon shape in the center, but They don't even have it for the S22 Ultra. They have it for s23 ultra but not S22 Ultra. If UAG made a new case design and include it for the S22 Ultra and not only leaving the new case design for newer smartphones.
Dang floss! It's colder in Las Vegas than it is in Kansas today! I was going to get a new case but I pumped the brakes on my one terabyte grape ape s24 ultra and I'm going to hold on to this s23 ultra and stumble around my yarden for a while longer. Bro I HATE the screen protectors with a camera cutout. One of the reasons why screen protectors are useful is for the camera to not get scratched when the phone falls. With the cutout the camera can get scratched very easily. Not to mention how annoying it is to have your finger touch the hole in the glass. Terrible move. Not tech related but you've said before you like leather, aluminium and carbon fiber together so you should take a look at the Dango A10 Carbon Fiber wallet it looks cool
Floss, do you remember the "poetic" case? It was kind of like a cheaper plasma. It was the 1st case I bought based on your recommendation. Think for the S7 Edge. I bought 3 of them. They were the best case I have ever owned.

I hold in my hand now (arrived today 🤩) the Urban Armor Gear (UAG) Plasma XTE MagSafe Black color for my S24 Ultra (black) and it totally love it ❤️👌 It's like upgraded my phone to an awesome new level. I'm a multi user when it comes to phones and quite picky) I have two other brands too....but this one is 🥇 Gold 🥇 🔥🔥🔥 Now I'm looking for a good magnetic wireless chargers. When he said that when you buy a UAG case that the case is still going to look like this years later he's not lying I have a old Galaxy S3 that I rocked in the pathfinder for 3 years and then my bf rocked it for another 2 and the case is still pristine and so is the phone.
