    The analogy you gave to explain the increased filtration: the firehose and the coffee filter are genius. You are a great pedagogue! This is my overall favourite playlist in Khan academy.

    Would love to see your "powers of explanation" used to outline the latest research into reversing CKD or better treating it? (eg SGLT2, GLP-1 etc) - the current explanation of which I find impenetrable as a lay person!

    hello, very informative video. one of my neighbor was also suffering from this condition. he visited many hospitals but no one cures this disease. one day he visited planet Ayurveda and they gave him a diabetes care pack. now he is fit and fine

    Thank you for your great videos! I've watched many (over and over). But I'm curious-- You identify hypertension as the first stage of DM nephropathy. However, while HTN is often co-morbid with diabetes, it's a separate disease. Is it a necessary step toward diabetic nephropathy? If so, why and how?

    MR. but in all type DM increase GFR is detectable without complication of nephropathy
