I love you for sharing this with us. You're a lifesaver. I bought some urine test strips to see if my mom has another UTI. She was atmitted to hospital ICU with sepsis and heart infarct. Unfortunately after returning home the GP didn't want to run another test for possible reocurring infection. My dad and I are very worried as she is often showing signs of yet another delirium. She's a diabetic as well. Now I understand how to read the strips. I wish there were doctors like you here in the Netherlands. You really seem passionate about your work. We actually have a shortage on GP's for years now and the problems became even worse during Corona crisis. Especially in the rural area we live in. Bless you, thanks again.
I should have enrolled in youtube instead of having an online class where you got to pay for lab fees when you haven't handled even a single test tube.
This video was great! I am just starting as an ED nurse in Australia, after a couple years rehab nursing in the US. I wanted videos from Australia that explained things on a clinical level without going into too much detail (which translates to too long). This ticked all the boxes. Thanks! Subscribed.
I saw my New Primary Care Physician yesterday in Pennsylvania for a physical. Toward the end of it I asked if he wanted a Urine sample for a Urinalysis. He said no, that it has been medically proven that Urine Tests have no medical benefit. I was shocked. My other Drs in New Jersey almost always took a Urine sample during routine check ups.
You are such one of the amazing pple who can get into z goals of description ive ever met! ..well done ! This is my first time here nd wont be the last !💛💛💛🙏🏻 ..best of luck ..nd Allah bless you.
Excellent info Dr. after your quick break down, I have a much better understanding of my Urineanlyis report, now to discuss with my Dr.. Thanks for you work.
They just upload your results and dont even care to ask you back or at least have a nurse call you back to go over what it means. Our healthcare system fails every time. I'd like to know even if I'm in the normal range or barely made the range what things I can incorporate in my diet, or be told, hey, you need start incorporating potassium in your diet and watch your sodium etc. Why isnt this done in healthcare , its beyond me. It takes 5-10 seconds to do this.
Maximum weight you can suspend on the skin traction is 5kg Start rolling bandage 1cm from lateral malleolus and roll it 50% on top of the previous roll going onwards ❤
Thank you so very much, this was extremely helpful. I hope you make videos about other types of tests and analyses, like blood analysis and tests (like testing for glucose and uric acid), and organ function tests, that would be so helpful. Thak you again.
So indepth, more of the information I was looking for. Thank god 🙏 for you guys on you tube. The little bit of eye candy helped too hahah 😉 thanks again.
Thank you thank you thank you. 3 yrs ago I found out accidently on my online gp notes. I has stage 3A kidney disease ALSO STATED patient told.!!!! No Way was I told. Worse. Thing is I was always taking protein drinks And creatine supplements. When I pointed it out to the Dr. They just said its age. Bi.... I have now spent £200 so far for a private nutrinist. I am lucky I have found her I start next few days in changing for the better. I WISH I WAS TOLD WHEN I HAD STAGE 1 OR EVEN 2. OR EVEN 3. on my blood test I have 5 highlighted measures which say must be monitored.... I HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN IN THE YRS SINCE TEST.. THANK GOD FOR REAL CARING PEOPLE LIKE THIS CHANNEL TO HELP WITHOUT THE POUND SIGN AT THE END OF THEIR ADVICE.
U r one of the few that knows how to teach, nursing school would be a lot more difficult without u

Wouldnt the ADH disorder depend more on urine volume rather than specific gravity?
What's insipidus is passing large quantities of dilute urine accompanied with polyphagia, polydipsia. The qty n d SG go hand in hand.
