I have another question to ask you Stewart when the Santa Clause movie came out my eyes where like wide open with a big wow factor and awesomeness of that Santa clause suit I was like I wish that I had that suit but you wanna no something I had to ask myself when the movie was over how much did that suit cost just for that movie it must have cost a lot of money but not only that I miss the actor playing the part in that movie the Santa clause the movie and just to quoting the Santa Claus the movie and when I saw that movie the Santa Clause the movie I felt like when I saw the guy the actor in the movie I was like when he put that Santa clause suit on even though expensive I was like he became the legend the myth the real Santa Clause and to me when he put that suit on i was like because when he put that suit on and when he steeped out on stage i was like he was Santa clause o and another thing to i cried when I saw the movie for the first time to because I new the heart and the love that when into that movie and the expense that they had making that suit and the time spent and the heart and the love for that movie still one of my favorites and God bless the man who inspired me to no that he was Santa clause i will miss him terribly rest in peace David huttleston I will always miss you everybody loves you
Santa Stuart I have a question for you why is it when you have all these old timer guys and they play santa clause at the malls every year and they have them all over the world and the question is would like to ask is let's say you bought your own suit for santa clause and it was a nice suit from halco why do those people reject you because it's not good enough suit because it comes with everything the coat suit belt and a fake beard because why do those people get rejected of because they expect you to have a real beard and not a fake one or synthetic beard but what if you just want to be yourself and play santa clause for your kids or something but the problem with that is why is it when you play santa clause for someone in your own home town or a restaurant or something and your kids or someone else's kids and you don't have a real beard you have a fake beard why is it when you do have a fake beard they start looking at santa clause at little bit funny and they start pulling your beard off and tugging at it and then here comes the words out of there mouths your not santa clause the kids because the kids they want the the real deal and you have to have a real beard and not a fake one but can you tell me what's the difference if you have fake beard or a real one and what's the difference if your suit is not a nice enough suit and your suit is a halco santa clause suit and just i dont no but if I want to be hired as a part time santa clause and I do have a halco santa clause suit and the thing is what do I do to prepare to be a part time santa clause and to be hired as a professional santa claus is the thing and so what do I do get a santa claus beard that stands out in a crowd or what
Tim, many companies have rules about hiring Santas. From what I know, many malls prefer real bearded Santas because they look great in the interview and it's less prep time before they're all ready to go. Many fake beards look simply fake. They're awful and shouldn't be worn as Santa Claus unless it is for a small gathering (in my opinion). It seems like your frustration stems from how you're trying your best but cannot find as many gigs as you'd hoped, and when you do have a gig the kids pull at the beard. My advice to you is this, if you want to become a great Santa Claus, do what you can each season to improve your look. The malls may not ever want to hire you simply because you don't have a real beard, and that's fine. Don't let them stop you from becoming better and better. I would strongly recommend attending a few Santa Schools, purchasing a lace backed beard (when you're ready) that will look more authentic, and perhaps even watching and enjoying all the resources available to patrons of the Jr. Claus Workshop website (www.jrclausworkshop.com) as there are many resources, links, video instructions, and even blog posts covering many of the same problems you seem to be plagued with. On day my wife Said why are you going thru all this? Just try and you know what it didn’t matter Then one year I went to my brothers and sat next the my 7 year grand nephew for Christmas Eve dinner Two hours later I put on my magic suit walk in the house and he didn’t blink an eye. Not for a second did he see uncle John All he saw was red suit white beard ! I was amazed he didn’t recognize me . Last year my sons wedding required me to shave my beard and I was depressed because I felt not having the beard ended my season My wife again convinced me to take two gigs and wear the fake beard from years and years past . I have been doing Santa for 9 years now. But planning on purchasing my own suits to provide to my santas. All this information has been helpful.
Look up Santa's Tailor if you want great quality and good looking stuff. Pro Santa Shop has a wide variety as well.
Fortunately for me, there is a leather work place not terribly far from me that can custom cut leather for a belt. I love the fancy buckle!
