Terminology-wise, I would argue this IS a speedrun, just a SEGMENTED speedrun. Segmented speedruns were a popular category back in the day, when the media available to record demos were at best VHS tapes, and frequently much worse. but eventually got mostly supplanted by the “Real-Time Attack” speedrun-a single continuous session, with the clock running through the whole thing because it was very hard to prove if a segmented speedrun was faked or real, where there were a lot more clues to took for faking an RTA. So it IS a speedrun, just not one that would be easy to make a leaderboard for or moderate on most current speedrunning websites.
A few things: Firstly, with the Side Order bosses, the first line is just a description, not the actual name. This follows the same pattern that most other bosses have. The names of the bosses are Pinging Marciale, Parallel Canon, and Asynchronous Rondo. Secondly, for the Marina fight, why didn't you dodge roll to fire the Dualies faster? Thirdly, it should be noted that the floor 10 and floor 20 versions of Rondo and Marciale are different, and Parallel Canon gets stronger based on how many color chips you have going into it. I don't know if you want to count those as different bosses or not. Also, for the last phase of the Mr Grizz fight, it's not exactly like the NILS statue. Time absolutely can be lost on it, and faster execution can absolutely let you get a faster time.

Hey the splatoon 2 final boss isnt that bad, as a player who has just got into the franchise and now played all the games, including splatoon 1 as online soon will no longer available, all of the bosses were pretty fun, but to me splatoon 2 final boss was a bit more epic at least from my prospective compared to the mr. grizz boss fight

The real time is not accurate at all, because it was timed with in game time, the run will be off by a lot, but I can't be bothered re - timing it.

I usually just say layered rotator because that's what shows up before the boss in the elevator
