I just bought this device and it exceeded my expectation! Exynos 1380 ain't slouch for a mid range. At first i experienced some lags stutters while phone is being setup(im yransferring data from another phone btw) but after the phone settled down, man it was blazing fast
if you asked the majority of people why they think that a s23 ultra is better than this phone they couldnt explain but too say it cost more and it was top of the range
Seems like a definite improvement over last year's offering. But it's going to be going head to head with the Pixel 7a soon. Going to be interesting to see how those compare.
You should go for the Samsung A54, it'll last to 2026 with it's 4 years of software updates. Google Pixel 7A is only going to last until 2025 with it's 3 years of software updates. You could also go for the normal iPhone 14 which is going to last until 2027 with it's 5 years of support. Or go for the iPhone 13 which will also last until 2026.
Best of the A series from way back and I like it. Is $799 here in NZ- then buy a charger then a decent case, makes it a marginal purchase. All high quality phones costly here.

consumer cellular had it for 300$ for the first couple weeks. i jumped on it and glad i did! great phone. just as good as a flagship to me. really beautiful screen and the adaptive brightness and eye comfort shield work great.

All of my friends wanted me to finally give Apple another go after 7 years of not using iOS, and I was like nah, I'll just get a cheaper phone that'll do just as good of a job and will still have better features and battery compared to the SE 3 (the other phone I was looking to buy). I personally think Samsung out did themselves this year and that purple colour has to be my second favourite colour just behind what I believe to be the best, being the S6 Edge's Green Emerald colour.
Do you guys recognize that screen a lil bit yellow than any usual samsung or is it just what it is? Like i compare to my samsung A20s, it's totally different, the A54 screen a bit yellow, even tho i adjust the RG to 0 and keep the B, it stays the same, any same thought please?

Hi my unlocked A54 from Best Buy wont go past the Welcome setup screen. It keeps asking for a sim card. After i press the blue start button. Its suppose to slide over to the next setup screen. Whats going on?

He's kind of right, the exynos chip here is a bummer. The nothing phone 1 and the pixel 7a will probably be better picks over this one but they're not available in my country so what can you do. And i will chew my arm off before buying a xiaomi phone
@@SDkillaathey've been pretty sluggish in multi tasking and browsing too on earlier gens, it's a slow and warm running chip usually. So no, it's not just gaming, qnd they slow down within months. Shutter speed tends to be slow too, just keep it in mind.
The exynos in that device are kind of the same with my flagship samsung Note 10 plus(2019) based on its antutu score, but mine is still running smoothly. So basically, it's like flagship from 2018-2019. 😅
Does this phone use RCS chat features provided by Jibe Mobile or AT&T? Messages Settings then Chat Features it will say at the bottom. SIM card may need to be inserted into the device and activated for it to show.

Only exynos chip is a bad deal here... Everything else is great for this price point
Still unless you're playing high end mobile games it shouldn't matter, the Exynos will be plenty fast for day to day stuff
