    I’m only halfway through this video and I can tell you, definitively, you are a genius. This is absolutely insane. I appreciate this video so much. You did the lords work with this research and story telling

    I read it not really thinking it was something I’d like and generally speaking I was right HOWEVER I was totally mindblown by the end. Left with more questions than answers for sure. Thanks for the explanation

    Thank you for explaining this! I _just_ finished it and was so confused, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! I’m gonna have to re-read it to see if I can make more sense of it:)

    Thank you for your dedication to trying to explain this crazy book lol. I had trouble understanding this one and thought I just didn’t get it. But a few things worked against me I think 😅. I didn’t know the author had a Reddit style story history. And I also listened to the audio book. I think that made me miss a lot of the clues including the Morse code parts of the documents. But even with all that idk if I would have came out with any more clarity because even after your explanation it still unknown what the hell was going on lmao. Great job and hopefully there’s more books soon with more to this universe

    My sister always had the theory that they're all dead & are now seeing all versions & possibilities of their lives but in a scattered way that doesn't always make coherent sense because the neurons are dying in their brains.
    edit: my personal theory is that they're all inside someone's head, potentially Thomas', and are all either alternate personalities of said person, or are figments of their dream world. My second theory is that it's still, as I said, a dream world... buuuuut... it's a dream world that draws real people in from the real world. In reality they're all in comas as it spreads further from the source person, again likely Thomas.

      All of those theories are really interesting. I definitely don't really agree with your sister's theory mainly because of the documents provided.
      I like the dream world theory where people are drawn in. I think that could work for a lot of things happening and would explain why there are strange documents and such

    Have you read House of Leaves? I’m curious because I feel like the bizarre vibes are similar (even though the books are not alike)

    Thanks for the video. I just finished this on the weekend and loved it but left feeling... uninformed haha. Sorry if I missed this in your vid or in the comments but I started writing down the morse code as they came up (which was fun) but thought it was a fairly random thing to include. However, it's probably a stretch but there are multiple references to characters tapping with their fingers on chair arms etc. I wonder if they (possessed or no) are communicating with morse code? I don't seem to recall Eve ever doing it though. Probably a stretch but I thought it was worth noting. Thanks again for the vid.

    Says in the book that Charlie’s name was Charlotte on her birth certificate, but she hasn’t answered to that in years….?

    • @kimberlyreads
      @kimberlyreads  14 днів тому

      So her legal name is Charlotte, but in some timelines she hates the name so she goes by Charlie while in others she likes the name and goes by Charlotte. It's one of the things they use to show where she is in the story.

    Ohhhhh... I want to watch this but since you seemed to really love it and I just read the blurb I might need to read it for myself now. So it will be another watch later video for me so I won't get anything spoiled. The fact that you tabbed and annotated in it too? Ya, I need to read it. Just not sure when. It sounds like something that would be great to listen on audiobook and follow along in the book. 🤔I never tab or annotate either so it might be fun.

      You should toooootally attempt reading it and let me know what you think. The audiobook is really good. I listened to the audiobook and followed along in the book and I agree that's the best way to read it.
