The one that left the most impact on me when the superhero killed the villain was in the 1989 Batman movie. When the joker was trying to escape Batman died the joker to a goggle on a cathedral which broke off and dragged him off from ladder to his pending doom. I could have ranked when Superman 2 when he defeated zord and the other two kryptonians but I didn't see that until later in my years. On the other hand I do not know if you could call spawn cutting off clown head actually killing him. This is a pretty thorny problem. On the one hand, the villain is often too dangerous to let live. On the other hand, the hero is often a vigilante with neither the legal nor moral right to use lethal force. And it doesn't help when the situation's too desperate for more than a snap decision.

When I first saw Black Panther stab Killmonger in the chest with the Vibranium short spear on the big screen, I thought to myself, "Yes! T'Challa's still the King!" There are so many people who want to see Killmonger as an anti-villain, anti-hero, or even the true hero of Black Panther but he was a straight-up villain. I immediately saw that N'Jobu's plan to help people of African descent across the world by conquering all other nations was pure madness. Since Killmonger was betrayed by his family, denied his birthright, and abandoned to his hatred, he became a sociopath whose true plan was to destroy the entire world as revenge for his poor upbringing.
