One of my favorite fall soup recipes! Rich, hearty, and creamy fall vegetable soup with smoky sausage, bacon, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and mushrooms, with a touch of cream and parmesan cheese. This incredible sausage soup is delicious with toasted baguette and more grated parmesan cheese on top.

I just wanted to thank you for your clarity when posting titles to your videos - one of the very few cooks on You Tube to do so!! I can't tell you how frustrating it is to see a thumbnail showing a picture of a dish but the title reads (something like): "I make this every single week for my family who all love it" which tells the viewer ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about what the dish actually is!!! Thank you for succinctly posting titles rather than sentences - much appreciated. And the dishes are always sensational too (an added bonus). x

Hi! I personally don't use an instant pot; however, you can modify any of my recipes that call for slow cooking or braising meat and use the pressure cooker instead,
Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. Soups like this makes me wait for winter. Just gimme a crispy loaf 🥖of bread and I'm one happy fella. My favorite winter soup is one my Italian Nonna made, Lentil and Escarole. So simple yet delicious. Onion, garlic, celery all finely diced, in a 75% chicken broth and 25% crushed tomatoes with some oregano and basil. All together at once. Boil until Escarole and/or Lentils are cooked. You may think, boring, bland but I think you would be surprised. I make mine with a lot of Escarole. Parmesan cheese is a must. Good morning! Yes, the crispy bread is a must for this soup! I like to use a little garlic butter on my bread, too. So hearty and warming!

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Morning Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. A lot of the recipes that I learned from my Italian Nonna were very basic. She had 5 children during the American depression in NYC so she had to stretch a $$$$. Her pasta fagiola is the same base but just add beans and pasta instead of the lentils and Escarole. I like the braided Italian bread, the braided part pulls off like a little scoop. A nice garlic 🧄 🥖 bread is always good. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day 🇺🇸✝️🇺🇦📖✌️💞🙏🥀🥖😘

This looks fantastic! What kind of smoked bacon should we use? The store here carries applewood, hardwood, and hickory. I have no idea which would be best for this recipe.
It's a hearty and warming choice! You can go with whichever one you prefer. Any smoked bacon will taste fantastic. I love them both! :)

Yummy. Are there any benefits portable cooking elements aside from portability? I find those 'mess free' elements that are built into stoves can BEARLY boil water, compared to basic, traditional elements. Ta! Ta! Tatyana.
I only use it for filming. It's a little dark near my stove. I absolutely love using my gas stove!

Yes, regular potatoes will be great here, too! You can also use butternut squash if you prefer it over the sweet potatoes
What kind of wine do you use?
I used a chardonnay, but any dry white wine will work. Stay away from sweet wine or cooking wine, which has salt added.

Williams Sonoma. It looks very pretty but honestly, I'm super disappointed with the quality! Going to be returning it. SOO sad!

@@vitaliysavin1021 I love my Ruffoni pans! The tin lining is a little on the thin side, so if you cook anything acidic, like tomato soup, make sure to transfer it out into a separate pot for storage. I also love the Mauviel brand!
