I no longer watch the 30 min Thunder on the Rails now that I know this 45 min longer and more informative version exists.
I finally found this. I used to watch this at my grandparent's house when I was little.
Rather sad that Kennecott is gone. That added to the scenic and historical experience.

So this is in Nevada Northern Railway but where’s the other steam locomotive number 93
since this footage is from around the mid to late 80's, id imagine they weren't operational yet, though I don't know the history of the restorations so I'm just spit balling here.
@@SecretStash24you're correct on that, NN 93 & the other engine were featured but were on static display until recently, #40 would be the only steamer operating until 93 would be restored

That would be called country picking by network music ensemble. I have a playlist on the channel that has all the known songs in this documentary and the daylight express documentary as well
@SecretStash24 do you have skyfire videos of 2472 and steamclouds up the columbia river gorge?
I unfortunately do not, maybe someday as I haven't seen that particular one yet. I do have two others I'm thinking of uploading tho. But one has been uploaded multiple timess to this platform and the other is I think a more recent one.

@@michaelbarrett5149 it depends, I'm not out to get the whole library here on UA-cam, just the ones that are my favorites. I'll probably put a link in this and future video descriptions to show where you can get the DVDs, but I don't want to push skyfire's mercy as they've been really nice letting me upload these. Another fact of the matter is these DVDs are expensive, $30 a disk. I did this for memories of my childhood and so I can immortalize this on the internet. It's not a definite no tho.
