I love the personality of the first girl. So honest, loyal, passionate, driven, and a great mother. I hope her son's birthday went well. For the other girl, she needs to be in jail. Disgusting.. how could you do that to your friend and then have the opportunity to come forward and you still blow it. What a weak-minded and stupid individual. I hope Karma comes back 10x for her.
We as people gotta stop selling ourselves short...if i were her man id tell her F U C K that job...thieving B i t c h did her a favor...now she can get unemployment or some type of government asisstance and go finsh school get a degree and start on her career...or even better sign up on the handy pro app and work for herself cleaning houses/business etc...be her own boss work her own hours....finding a job nowadays is too easy...its keeping them thats the issue and she seems like the know how to keep 1 type....

Wow that was some serious story about stealing and getting fired . Man that’s just messed up ! Why would Raychele steal the money from that hotel ? Some friend she was , because of her they got fired . But I guess the question is why didn’t Junova take the money to the boss ? And what did Raychele even do with that money ?
She probably didn’t take the money out of the room and to her boss, bc I’d assume that that would not be allowed.
I think she did what she was supposed to do.
The only thing that she might have done differently is to call the manager by phone, but when we think that she was working with her good friend, who she completely trusts at that point, she could logically have thought the money would be safe, especially with her friend there.
Never suspecting the betrayal came from inside…. (Inside her ‘trust-circle’, meaning: those people in our life that are the closest and who you blindly trust)
Remember people: the betrayal (almost) ALWAYS COMES FROM INSIDE !! (Bc that is where we have our guard down!!)

The most important thing to do in a situation like this is to pick the money up. Bring the money to the front desk with a written note of how much it is. Write the person's name that you gave it to and have them sign the note that they received it. The money is no longer your responsibility. 😊
I learned that the hard way no matter where you work at least turn the money into the front desk

I knew she was lying when she said she had never stolen anything and then smirked directly afterwards. I’m not going to say everyone has stolen at one point but I did when I was a teen. I stole a lipstick and I felt so guilty. That didn’t determine who I became later in life since I’ve never stolen anything since. It just meant I was being a stupid teen. 😂😂😂

Being a manager at a hotel years ago, if a guest left money, then normally nobody would be fired even if the housekeeper took it. It sound like they stole money from the hotel itself or somebody turned the money in and they stole it from the front guest. But taking money from a room that someone left and checked out of and didn’t call to ask for it, no way
Something doesn’t sound right about this story.
They never mentioned about the guest being checked out tho.
I'm a housekeeper in a hotel it was more than likely a stayover meaning someone that is not checking out....for ppl that don't know.... And you are not supposed to touch the money unless they write tip for you !!

Kind of sounds like that envelope of money was a test from the employer because they probably knew one of them was a thief. I mean it’s awfully sweet of Steve to give her money so she can buy her son a gift for his birthday. But at the same time it’s absolutely disgusting that a television host Has to give a random person money to buy their child a birthday gift because of their best friend causing that person to lose their job and almost go to jail. Not to mention the fact that it’s always going to be on her permanent employment history that she was fired. It doesn’t necessarily have to say why she was fired. But the fact of the matter is that she was. And it’s hard enough finding a good paying job as it is, and on top of that, having been fired from your last job. Of course when you’re in an interview they are going to ask you why you were fired and unless she lies and makes up a whole different story, it’s definitely not going to go in her favor for being accused of stealing money period. Even though she passed a lie detector test. This entire situation is just so messed up it’s unreal. And a lifetime friendship was lost over it. 1200 dollars is not worth a lifetime relationship and it’s not worth losing a good job over either. 😒
