I used to have a friend who would do that shit when she was exaggerating a story. When he's saying something true, he actually looks at Steve, but that story about her walking in naked, trying to sleep with him is absolutely bull.
The way he's looking up at the ceiling & his eyes are darting back & forth is a sign of "creative thinking" (see also, lying). People tend to look specifically to one side when they're accessing memories, not darting back & forth.
You're right, I remember watching a series on NetFlix, a science program that explained certain things (I forgot the name, but I think it's Brain Games. ^^; ), and one of the episodes explained about how investigators can tell who's lying and who's not by looking at thier body language.

I kept thinking "WHY is he looking in the air and not at Steve?" I wondered if he had a vision problem until he actually looked at him directly a few times, so I figured he was lying or trying to remember his rehearsed story. A man should never try to come between sisters, it's not fair unless you have REAL proof of them doing something so bad or illegal it would hurt the family. Praying they can get past this.

Thats not entirely true. Personalities dont always align. The wife might get along great with him, they're happy and she likes his nature. Some women are into that shit. Some guys too. The sister may just not gel with him and they dont like each other. She seemed perfectly fine with him, she wasnt afraid she wasnt meek or subdued, she was still big and bold so its not like he's abusing her. Just because the sister or you dont like him doesnt mean his wife isnt perfectly content.

I was one of those females who let my ex boyfriend control me,but as I got older and seen through the bs I walked away. Now, I’m happier and feel free. Instead of being scared about everything thing that I do. Looking at her I saw my old self. You trust me I lost half my life because of my ex and still dealing with depression and anxiety from it.
