I am also a big fan of Speckled Fawns and I love the Rustic Kodiak! I have the A6 Hobo and I put it in the Kodiak in A6 2" size. Fits great plus I have other inserts in it.

Carla O thank you for watching! 😊 this is the rustic kodiak leather with the standard 1" spine (B6 slim size). I couldn't believe what a perfect fit it was!

Hi Tori! Sorry for all of the questions! Newbie here! Are you running the elastic through the weeks?I have heard people say it rips the pages. I have decided I want to order this notebook. Now I need to decide on the leather. Wish it didn't take 6 to 8 weeks to get . TIA!
Susan Pilchard hi Susan! No problem at all! I don't run the elastic through the pages because I don't like how it bulks the pages near the binding. I've done two things: one was run the elastic between the cover on cover and the actual book which works well but can be tough to get in initially. Alternatively I've run the elastic on the back cover which I haven't seen cause any damage (I also have the hardbound covers so that probably helps). I can't wait to see what you get! I agree the wait is long and can be really frustrating but I do love all my speckled Fawns! 😊
This is such a great video, thanks! Can you please share how the Night Sky cover feels to the touch? I've been trying to find unboxings of it, but there aren't really any... I want to get it, but the website says it has an acrylic coating, so I'm afraid of it feeling plastic-y. I like the pure fabric feel :)
Ine S. I don't think it's super plasticy. It sort of has a canvas like feel to it but with a very light coating so there is a little plastic feel to it but not too much. I hope that's somewhat helpful! 😊
