I know passing there was pessimistic but it just didn't feel right. What if west doesn't lead a spade? With nothing in two suits, that could go very wrong unless partner has more than the usual Rule of 7 hand.
Two defender Aces falling on the last round in board 6. Don't see that very often And as I recall they fell to a deuce in another suit. You should enshrine that hand.

We both missed a key play of returning a heart after getting thrown in with a diamond, but declarer booted that gift by taking a practice finesse in trump.
