Cool ideas. I use a terms of service on my PayPal business invoice, but they almost never read it. I find myself repeating the terms over and over, directing them back to the terms. It’s a hassle, most people don’t read.

That’s the beauty of doing it on the estimate and over email. They have to reply to the email to accept, and tell you to go ahead. So even if they don’t read it they have agreed to it. Also on mine I only do credit card on file which is also part of the terms to start work. So I know they read it when they give me their credit card number. Thanks for watching.
