The COVID-19 pandemic taught me the futility of trying to save the world. Yes. I've been watching American Expat vlogs of guys that migrate to the Phils. The women there have not been coddled and spoiled like Western women. They've had tough lives and therefore genuinely appreciate masculine men and what they bring to the table. They aren't demanding, are very affectionate and far more attentive and loyal. Here in the States if you're an average looking guy with an average income, to women here, you're an unattractive, under-achieving chump. However, to many Filipinas in the Phils., you're "Guapo" (handsome) and your average American income puts you on-par with a Filipino Surgeon or Bank Executive! It fluffs the ego of the viewer, telling him how awesome the sigma is (e.g., they attract women effortlessly, are equivalent to alpha just outside the hierarchy, don't care what others think, etc.). It's just ego boosting for insecure people. I can never find a woman to fulfill me. I feel like it’s a curse. For me it's not just that. Even when I meet a nice woman who will. Eet me 40 percent there (which most women only meet men 10 percent) I notice how much attention women regularly want and how much they care about what others think. I am 51 and it wasn’t until my early 30’s that I found myself and heard about sigma males. I have most of the traits and yes, long lasting, fulfilling relationships are elusive. I take exception to this. Commitment to a relationship can be total if you meet the right person. The key is the "right person" less committed relationships end when they reach the point that you know the ingredients for a long term commitment are just not there. It may take while to reach this conclusion, hence your conclusion that relationships don't last. When you get the right one, you know you got lucky and hit it out of the park. That's the one that gets care and feeding.

Her Mother called me years later and said she was engaged, but the guy called it off. Last I heard she put on a ton of weight. It's truly disappointing women have this "all or nothing" attitude which backfires. They'd rather be alone, lonely and fat with 5 cats than live with a guy that genuinely loves them, because it's "marry me or I'm outta here." Sad.

Yes. I've been watching American Expat vlogs of guys that migrate to the Phils. The women there have not been coddled and spoiled like Western women. I say 90 and not 100 because I'm willing to open up and share some things about myself. I don't share everything but the things I don't show are specific to whoever I'm talking to. Though still if I really like someone, I'll tell them more than most.
For me it's not just that. Even when I meet a nice woman who will. Eet me 40 percent there (which most women only meet men 10 percent) I notice how much attention women regularly want and how much they care about what others think.

I take exception to this. Commitment to a relationship can be total if you meet the right person. The key is the "right person" less committed relationships end when they reach the point that you know the ingredients for a long term commitment are just not there. It may take while to reach this conclusion, hence your conclusion that relationships don't last. When you get the right one, you know you got lucky and hit it out of the park. My last relationship was for 6 years. She was a decent, sweet and kind woman, but couldn't handle money (compulsive spender) and had other issues. Besides that, I vowed with myself to never marry due to "throw men under the bus" American divorce law. She would bring up marriage. I offered to live together and she refused. We were at an impasse wherein she started to pull away physically and emotionally. I had to break it off because I suspected she was secretly seeing other men as "prospects." Her Mother called me years later and said she was engaged, but the guy called it off. Last I heard she put on a ton of weight. It's truly disappointing women have this "all or nothing" attitude which backfires. They'd rather be alone, lonely and fat with 5 cats than live with a guy that genuinely loves them, because it's "marry me or I'm outta here." Sad.

Unfortunately sigma male gets interest form woman who desire someone else then him, like alpha or beta - they see sigma like he is capable to develope himself in alfa , may be thay even do not recognize such trait like sigma? . .
Woman do not realise that lack of "alpha" traits is not "temporary" and they hope that thay will change sigma to her desired type , someone who will push mainly her dreams forward. Woman do not understand his desires or often hardship's which he is coming over for them.
Sigma eventualy will balance his and woman desires. In case he feels his desires are unfairy devaluated he will not change himself (which would be a wish of a woman) and he will stick to his ways. It may be that sigma is still fine in relation , but for woman it is unbareable and she gives up.
Perfect match for sigma male is sigma woman because she will surprise and impress him with her personality. Or a woman who will join hima and follow his meanders of life. But both are hardly happening.
