My ex boyfriend used to hit me. I thought it was the worst thing in the world to me. Until I met this new man, he messed me up so mentally I wished he would hit me instead. To me I feel like being hit and feeling the aftermath is temporary it’ll heal. But the pain being caused mentality and emotionally, is the most fucked up thing I’ve ever gone through and don’t know how to heal from it. I never feel like I’ll ever heal from it, til this day I suffer from anxiety and ptsd. I’m very sorry you have gone through all of that. I hope God helps you heal your a strong woman.

Try to meditate daily so you can heal the trauma that he has caused you and release all those limiting believes that he try to make you think about yourself.

I learn about the word narcissistic when I was in a relationship with him which open my eyes to other bad relationship in the past. But God is the strength of my salvation he will protect and heals us as his children 🙏
