i wasn't ever gonna evolve heel flips or nollies.

3:55 to hear Nyjah say "How do you do that trick??" is quite rare indeed.
It's funny I actually do that trick alot in S.K.A.T.E. I learned bigspins in every direction normal and switch, and honed in on switch back bigspin because its the most awkward for other people. So its almost an automatic letter for them, plus my board doesn't need to flip so I can land it like 9 times out of 10.

As someone born in the late 80s, growing up skating in the late 90s-early 00s, this was nostalgic AF to watch. And to see that P-Rod still hasn't lost a beat after all these years has gained me that much more respect for the man ✊🏾

It is really incredible that, all these years later, P-Rod is still popping things like this, and landing so many tricks on the bolts. This is why other pro skaters call him a "legend," and why the entire skateboarding community will always have such immense respect for him.

Could do 80% of those skate tricks with 2-3 years of skateboarding a couple years back in highschool. It’s not hard if you dedicate a lot of time to it. I stopped awhile ago because there’s not enough money in skateboarding to make a living sadly it’s such a cool “sport” hobby whatever ppl wanna call it

I loved this game. Skating was insane, crowd was hyped, Nyjah smiling the whole way through and Prod proving he's still a total beast.

P-Rod hasn't been doing well in contests lately so i was actually shocked. i thought he had lost some of the mojo due to age and injury. yes, but not enough to not still be P-Rod. also i don't remember seeing nyjah do a hardflip in recent times. lol
I love how technical this was. Straight up flip tricks. And 2 of my all time fave skaters.

This was my favourite game so far this year. It had everything. Clean tricks, sketchy lands and most importantly the hype was real you can feel it through the screen
Seeing P-rod locking it down on defense and Nyjah clutching the nollie late front foot flip trying to make a comeback made this an INSTANT CLASSIC.
When it comes to a game of skate, I'd imagine that PRod is comparable to...a final boss on nightmare mode.

Watching this reminds me of my friend drew I grew up skating with when it came to a game of skate he never missed
P Rod is a legend! Met him when I was a kid at the openin of downtown houston skatepark, was cool enough to let my buddy and me skate with him and his for the day. Was an absolute blast. Awesome to see him out there still crushing the youngsters!

It's crazy, even the few tricks he missed I feel like he would've had second try. He really has all of them.
I know this is weird but I had a homie who’s parents never let him leave his house or street so we’d skate flat only and all they skated was flat for years but damn when he first hit the streets he was landing nollie tres and double kickflip 2nd try he was goated probably cause of all the flat
I love how p-rod almost accidentally did a nollie 360 flip and brought it back at the last second to make it a nollie varial flip. Thats true skill
When you miss the pop on nollie varial it over rotates a bit, it usually happens when u have done a nollie 360 flip before but no, nollie varial flip, just need a few tries to adjust the pop.
His ability to save tricks at the very last moment is amazing. Like that switch inward heel
