Thinking about objectives ... from Somalia

Setting objectives is so helpful to employees. Not setting objectives has the opposite effective.
Unfortunately, many Senior Leadership Teams do not use the power of 'objectives' to the full benefit of the company

If you are a head of department, can you honestly say you are clear in what your objectives are? Does your line manager go over your objectives with you? Would you know if you were achieving or not achieving your objectives?
