  • Chirbuli is a culinary masterpiece of Georgian cuisine, which will make your breakfast special. It would seem that an egg with a sauce of tomatoes and walnuts, with spices and spices, but the result is a real culinary miracle - Chirbuli, which can be safely called - the ovary of my dreams!
    Ingredients
    Chicken eggs - 6 pcs
    Walnuts - 40 g
    Cut tomatoes - 400 ml
    Onions - 140 g
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Butter - 50 g
    Water - 150 ml
    Fresh parsley - 10 g
    Fresh cilantro - 10 g
    Pepper red chili flakes - 1 tsp
    Utskho -Suneli - 1 tsp
    Imeretinsky Shafran - 1 tsp
    Black pepper - to taste
    Salt - to taste
    How to cook chirbuli in Ajar
    1. Soak peeled walnuts in hot water for 10 minutes and then peel.
    2. Warm up the pan with butter and fry the onions chopped with half rings over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until cooked.
    3. Add to the pan-Sunels, Imeretinsky saffron, cut tomatoes, salt, red chili pepper, mix and add water, fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    4. Then add crushed walnuts, mix and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    5. Add 6 eggs to the pan, place them from each other, spreading the vegetables with a spatula in a pan and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, under the lid, until cooked.
    6. Turn off the fire, sprinkle chirbuli with chopped garlic, fresh parsley and cilantro.
    Serve chirbuli hot in a pan.
    Adviсe
    1. Serve chirbuli with fresh lavash, greens and vegetables.
    2. If you do not remove the skin from walnuts, the sauce will turn out to be dark in color and with light bitterness.
    3. Important! Do not fry the eggs for a very long time, the yolk should remain liquid.
