@@scottsibbit5424 that’s right mate, get in a good relationships with customers and discuss how you price, it protects them and you and can always charge if you don’t win the job and they can keep the breakdown! Does not cost much but pricing it wrong could be ver expensive in the long run

I think the last couple of years post covid have been incredibly strong and I think sale rates and house prices will return to pre covid levels. Recessions are inevitable, its just a case of when, how long and how bad. I think rates and wages are high enough to take a drop without to much harm

@@davey4818 recessions aren’t an opinion, GDP is measured and if there is a decline for 3 consecutive months we are officially in recession. I can guarantee there will be a recession, its just a case of when, not if 👍🏻 might be next month, might be in two years but we will enter recession at some point, its just the way the cycle works

Its one of the lower level roof trusses provided by the truss manufacturer but it is installed by the chippie on site 👍🏻

We don't normally take on developments with insulation but will do it on extensions. Stuff is a nightmare
