  • If you could go back in time and speak to your first-year self what would you say?
We took time to chat with our current and recently graduated students to ask them what advice they would give to our incoming first years. The advice ranges from getting to know the many services offered here at UL to making friends, having a good time, and passing all exams.
More information for some of the services that were mentioned in the video:
    Éist Student Counselling and Wellbeing:
Eíst - Student Counselling and Wellbeing Service is a free and confidential service, which is available to all registered UL students. Trained professionals provided a listening ear and have supported over 1150 UL students in the last year.

    UL Chaplaincy:
John and Sarah our UL Chaplains welcome all students to visit Teach Fáilte for a casual cuppa and chat. They provide pastoral support to UL students of all faiths and denominations.
