I just got my GON 4 refunded because it was not 4K and actually 720p and the frames ranged from 2 - 10. The dealership didn’t believe me until I pulled up the properties of the videos and it showed the resolution and frame rate.

GON4 is with 4K resolution. I am afraid to say that the setting of dash cam might be incorrect.
Could you kindly share with me your location and the name of dealership, where you purchased GON4?

you wrote, the frame rate is from 2 to 10... Apparently, the power connection might not be correct. And the recorder was filming in parking mode. As for 720p resolution, this is not possible on original videos. Perhaps you did not watch the original videos, but compressed them several times when sent via instant messengers, such as WhatsApp or others

IMX515 1/2.8 SNR1s 0.76 То есть, всё вытягивается программно. Данный видеорегистратор из-за матрицы не рекомендуется к покупке, крайне низкое качество изображения вследствии сверхнизкой светочувствительности. Данное видео это реклама видеорегистратора GNET GON4, в жизни даже близко вы не увидите такое качество.
