I would still order take out as long as it’s from Nisha’s kitchen 😎 who’s with me
Love you both!
running a restaurant seems so stressful lol, think i'll stick to youtube
For a second I thought you meant you would rather eat takeout than something from Nisha's kitchen. 😂
🙌🙌🙌 Two of my favorite vegan chefs!!!
Agree! But from your's too Wil!
I love how you provide so many swaps. You know just how to anticipate what people will ask! This dish looks great.
Thanks so much! 😊
With that said, I do recommend black vinegar if you can get it. So good!
Great point, Diana! Even if you have all the ingredients, learning the subs really helps understand the "theory" behind the recipe. This helps us get to the point where we don't even need recipes much faster.
I almost do this same thing but I don't use noodles just quinoa as the complex carb
@@RainbowPlantLife yes im so grateful, i have a peanut allergy and almost no one ever acknowledges that (recipes with peanut butter are the worst for me hahaha) many thanks!
"if you don't have one of these...why would you." Killed me. this looks amazing, can't wait to make it!
Loll that got me too! Especially because I DO have one of those 👀 😂
Just made this for dinner- so delicious 😋
Added extra veggies-shredded cabbage and carrots. Highly recommend everyone to make this dish.
Omg 😱 I just made this and it was Mind Blowingly delicious. The garlic, dry roasted peanuts, red pepper flakes, chinese vinegar - hit those perfect umami notes 🤤. And the scallions & cilantro sent it into the stratosphere. Thank you 🌈🙏🏽.
I can't afford takeout, so the more of these sorts of r recipes I have, the better! Thanks for the addition to the quick recipes I can draw from!
Black vinegar sounds interesting! I love to try new things. Food is such an experience! Will definitely look into this.
Couldn’t agree more! I hope you’ll enjoy it. It’s a really unique ingredient!
Careful! If you like umami-unctious complex flavors, you'll find an excuse to use this everywhere. If you like it, try using dark/black soy sauce as well, they play well together 💕
I couldn't agree more.
Agreed, a nice vinegar or just a lemon makes such a difference. Really love Nisha`s 10 ways to spice up your meals video, highly recommend watching it.
Yes! @@cherryjello777
I made these for dinner last night and they were so incredibly delicious. I might have eaten a little too much, I just couldn't resist!! I loved them so much, I brought the leftovers to work with me and ate them chilled! So good!
Wow that looked amazing and it was so quick. As always you Make being vegan look easy and appetizing. Thanks for all your hard work.
Yes to both! Thank you for your sweet words. I love my job!
...and fun.
I actually made this last night after perusing your website for a quick dinner recipe. It turned out so good!!! And now I have a video reference too lol such perfect timing
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! Everything about it is a win! The flavor, the ease of making it, the colors, the freshness, the textures, you absolutely nailed it!
I use your vegan instant pot recipe book all the time. This looks delicious. Love your energy and creativity! Thank you for doing what you do.
Thanks for the recipe! Small tip to save using more gas than necessary (and being a bit more sustainable:)) is putting a lid on your pot while boiling water. A lot of heat disappears if boiling without a lid which then takes longer and more gas
Go away, troll
Thank you, good to know!
Oh pleeeeaaaase, get outta here.
Love ALL of your content! Thank you so much for sharing with us 💝 Also love the quality & effort you put into these! So enjoyable to watch 🥰
Can't wait to try this one out! Love how adaptable you can make it 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Made this yesterday and was so happy to finally be using my black Chinese vinegar. It came out great. Really nuanced depth of flavours and interesting mouthfeel. Gonna make it again soon. Thanks so much!
Awesome recipe! Love these fast ones to make after work and just enjoy your meal and be healthy!
I have just found your channel and have made several dishes for my non-vegan family. You have gained a whole family of fans! Everything has tasted amazing and it has been so easy to follow your directions!
the moment i saw this video i added it to my cooking playlist and now i finally had a moment to watch it and I obviously don't regret it. you are probably my favorite cook on the platform💕
Seriously, you come up with the best recipes that we never knew we needed! The meaning behind the substitutions helps us understand the difference certain ingredients make. The way you simplify the process of cooking is so valuable. Love your videos!!
☺ I'm so honored you think that! Thank you for the feedback, Niti!
This looks so delicious! Can’t wait to try it. Regarding the tofu, my son LOVES tofu. We’ll dice and cook 2 blocks of tofu at a time and keep it in the fridge so it’s ready at anytime for him to use for tacos, pizza topping, etc. Same could be done for this, depending on how it’s seasoned when cooked. He created a sriracha tofu recipe that would be great in this.
Oh my goodness.....this is so good!!! It was love at first bite....I even enjoyed the "heat". This is on the menu for my next dinner party for my small group.....They won't believe I didn't order take-out!! I enjoy your recipies so much !!! Thank you Nisha!
This looks Heavenly!!! So many of my favorite things!!! Can't wait to make!
I love the short playlist! I feel like things just take me so much longer to do in the kitchen these days☺️❤️
You are so much fun to watch and your recipes rock!
These are absolutely delicious! Thank you for sharing this recipe. Sooooo good!

Watched in FULL! Such a simple dish jam packed with flavor and crunch! I need 😍
I do appreciate all the work you do bringing beautiful, colorful, yummy, and healthy vegan meals to us. Thank you.
Aww, thanks, Jeanne!
You have such a talent to make each recipe look so easy! When I am looking for something to cook, I automatically go to your website. I downloaded pretty much all of your recipes, made copies and created a little cookbook for myself. Two days ago I made the creamy avocado gaspacho, it was so refreshing and tasty. Please keep up the recipes coming and add your best critics to some of them (your parents). Thank you Nisha for all your hard work.
This noodle dish looks SO delicious! I am planning to try it later today. Thanks for sharing!

It's a pleasure to see n hear you and your recipe ❤
Made this tonight and it is amazing. I did have to leave out the cilantro because I am not a fan. However, I had some sugar snap peas and tossed those in and it was fantastic. Love this recipe! Thank you!
My husband just made this for us for dinner and it was so good! I'm excited to try it again with some different veggies, too.

So honored my recipes have helped you go vegan!! 🌎
@@RainbowPlantLife 15 minutes? Hmm. My real-time monitor must be dysfunctional.
I've seen a lot of chili oils out there and this one is unique but I know that's delicious. 😋 So excited to try it myself.
this looks amazingly delicious!!!
Made this for my family last night. Thanks for making me look good 😉! It was amazing!
I can totally understand why you love this recipe so much: not without reason Italians love their aglio e olio and this has the same lovely characteristics: salty but sweet, spicy but tangy, packed with umami and so so comforting because of the chewy noodles. Having said that: isn't it just impossible to live without noodle dishes in general? They are simply the best.
.
Anyways, sending you lots of love! Have a great day or night!
It looks so easy and tasty, I must try it. Thank you for sharing! 😊
I forgot that I made this recipe from you and I desperately spent 2 hours searching all over my social media, pinterest, and anywhere I save the recipes looking for this! I'm so glad I found it again because this was delicious 😋. But all your recipes turn out amazing👍🏼
We made this last week and wow! So flavorful and also so easy!
These were SO good!
Absolutely delicious 😋 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone
Cant wait for your cookbook 😃
Made this for dinner last night and it was so yummy! I didn't have maple syrup or agave on hand so I tried out coconut aminos and it added some slight sweetness to the dish still. Love your recipes, thanks!! :)
Love your recipes!
Your my new favorite cook. Thank you this is tonight’s dinner
Your sarcasm was on fire today, I love it!!!! :D
Udons are a favorite here at home for a quick dinner, so I really can't wait to try! I'm sure it will be a nice variant to what we usually do :) I also can't wait for your next cookbook! I haven't done all the recipes from your first but we loved each one we tried.
That’s so awesome to hear! So glad you’re enjoying my first book!
Definitely going to try this out!!! Love your recipes 😍😍😍 please add more Asian dishes. Love u ❤️❤️❤️
Nice. First try was successful. Looking forward to getting faster and trying variations. Thank you.
This looks delicious!!
Thank you, I tried the recipe, it was amazing. I used soba noodles instead of udon which were thin I'll use udon next time. It was really delicious, only problem was trying not to eat too much
Totally trying this! Looks 😋.
I like those measuring spoons
Love to have more super quick recipes!
Once I've finished my cookbook I'm hoping to be more active on UA-cam instead of releasing a video once every two or three weeks 🙏🏽
You have no idea how much I needed this!
The recipe looks bomb and you look beautiful! Although I look forward to your cookbook, don’t stress for our sake. Thank you as always for a sharing, Nisha!
You’re too kind! Thank you for the support and reminder, Michaela!
Ooh I love this type of meal. I almost always have these ingredients in my house so I may have to try this soon.
I really love this recipe. I took it to my brothers and now he and wife make it too. I love my Chinese grocery store and have fun getting all this stuff and trying new things. Enjoying my soursop juice with ice. ❤
Lol I rarely make the recipes but I love to watch you doing it 😜 but when I cook it's great to have all these ideas 😍
This looks great! I’ll probably be trying it at some point. Time to add another cooking video to my Watch Later playlist lol
I made this and it was so yummy! Thank you 🎉
Love your recipes and great idea thank you
Yummy! I can’t wait to try!
It looks super delicious I would love to try this recipe, thanks for sharing this recipe with us, miss!
My pleasure 😊
This dish was amazing! My boyfriend and I just got done eating it! Thank you 🤍
I'm so pumped to try this-- I have the black vinegar, too! It's also amazing on brussel sprouts with agave and cooked however :)
That sounds great, I'll have to try it!
That looks amazing 🤩
I’m making these tonight!!!
Definitely making this tomorrow!
I tried this four times in the last couple of weeks and it got better every time :)
yum!! i substitute flax and chia seeds for the sesame seeds, and substituted toasted sesame oil and rice vinegar for the chinese black vinegar and it was delicious :)))
It looks super tasty! Want to try it. Tip: Put a lid on the sauce pan to bring the water to boil much faster.
This was so delicious and easy! I did shred some carrots into it as well. I did not have black vinegar so I subbed equal parts rice wine vinegar and balsamic.
Looks good, and I know the different flavors had your taste buds jumping.
Wow Rainbow. You are top, my friend. Your food is always so delicious. Much love Ed. Stay blessed.
That looks amazing! I'm definitely going to be getting black vinegar. I also say no to green bell peppers!
It's only 7am here in my city but YUMM! I'll definitely make this soon. Love from northern México. ❤
No reason you can't have noodles for breakfast!! haha
same here, not only cooking but cleaning up too, takes so much time. But I love this recipe, I use walnut oil or coconut and just a half teaspoon of sesame oil
