Extend sound creation beyond traditional synthesis, and transform samples into anything you can imagine. Intriguing and playful, FORM offers a refreshing approach to sound creation that delivers beautifully organic and powerful results.
Effects add polish and depth - notice the two-band frequency shaper.
Load a sample - from your own collection or the included library.
Once loaded, scan through your sample.
In Multi mode, you can layer different sounds as performance presets (see bottom right).
Create complex movement patterns using multiple curves and shapes.
Draw on a large number of curve presets.
Make drastic sonic changes with just a few adjustments.
Modulate everything easily. Plus modulation sidechaining!

Kind of like Izotope Iris but I think Iris is actually a little more intense because of the spectral editing. However, this demo is really really good. I would have gotten this if I didn't have Iris already.

How sick would it be if Native Instruments let me have access to this synth which I pre ordered 3 days ago? I would LOVE to actually use it like all these other people I see posting about it. If only I actually received something for my hundred dollars.

What is the name of the amazing music in the demo ?
This plugin consumpt a lot of CPU! This is why I use massive, or other plugins for live performances. (I use Macbook pro i7 and maschine in standalone mode.)
Can I use this for logic ? Or does it only work with machine

Can anyone explain to me why my midi keyboard isnt working/ being recognized by form when i hit the notes on my keyboard after ive loaded up a sample? ive already adjusted my audio and midi settings in form to recognize my interface and keyboard but still nothing..however whenever i push the buttons on my mac i hear the sample immediately. and yes my interface volume is up..what the hell am i doing wrong?

Probably being dumb, but I just downloaded the demo and, for the life of me, I can't initialise a patch or find an init preset. Anyone help?
Probably a little late. But it's a reset icon on the bottom left. It will keep your sample but reset it to default
is this good for Timestretching? I'm looking for a way how to make really nice ambient textures by slowing down melodic sounds and I previously used Yamaha RS7000 workstation for this purpose. It worked wonderfully. However, then FORM had been recommended to me - do you think it might do the job nicely?

Actually not too bad at all. Even with over 10 instances, effects plugins for mixing and mastering plugins on the stereo out for this track, still had plenty of CPU to spare on a 3 year old iMac.
This is one of those things that, yes...it's INCREDIBLY complicated...but if you can't just play around with it and get inspired as HELL, you're not a musician. lol
