Thank you, Franny for being so transparent about your journey! I also was very thin because I had a thyroid problem which caused me to lose lots of weight but I also was very anorexic. I had an eating disorder before I every knew what it really was, in the past 5 years, I worked on gaining weight and being healthy, but recently over the past 2 years, I gained probably 20 pounds and I knew I was having a really unhealthy relationship with food, not taking care of myself the way I should have, just looking at photos of me going back a few months, I see the difference in my face that I am a lot happier with the way that I look now. I decided to make drastic lifestyle changes and again like you said being more selfish with my time and taking care of me! I am glad I am not the only one who struggled with an issues like this, thank you for sharing your story! I love over the surface and cant wait for season two!!!

Acne advice (just my pov). When I was in college I broke out from the tap water- big welts. My mom took me to a dermatologist. I was lucky enough only to have had an occasional zit before that incident. He put me on antibiotics because I looked so rough-it was like mumps! I then went for regular facials and only used cream cleansers or face rinses with bottled water to take off makeup. My mom also did herbal treatments to calm my skin- she is French:)! After school I wound up using Darphin products. Their Niaouli oil is amazing for clearing up pimples. You may want to get a bottle and try it one pimple at a time to see how it goes. It isn't cheap, but it is worth the money and it lasts. If you want to try something new their skincare is amazing. Ren has incredible products too. You probably need the products for sensitive skin since you have texture issues. Try to avoid direct sun too, you may be somewhat allergic and tanning definitely exacerbates skin issues. I use paper towels too, it is more hygienic. You look great, hope this helps.

I’ll definitely have to look into getting water filters on my shower/sink! I don’t typically wash my face in the morning because I found my skin was more dry when doing that but even when I don’t have makeup on I still use the makeup eraser towels to wash my face since they’re reusable and they’re so soft!
Also you’re so brave for sharing your eating disorder story. I feel like I still haven’t shared my story to the full extent (not even my parents, and I’m in my late 20s). ♥️
Frann i have a question hope it doesnt sound mean or anything, you never tried accutane? why? clearly u dont need it, and you found the right things that works for you but i always had acne, and nothing worked on me. accutane was life changing. i really appreciate you and your videos, i think growing up watching your videos made me feel a little less alone and i understood

I was actually kind of really traumatized when you told you got botox and that was the reason your face looked so skinny, i always adored the way you look, and I really loved how your jaw looked and I was wondering why you looked so very different and I thought it's because you lost weight, i don't understand why you would get botox to reduce your masseters. They were such a good prominent and different feature of you and made you look so different and no you don't look like you have nuts in your mouth, I seriously don't get why people want to change how god made them look and why they think it's okay to do that. It's not. God made everyone look different and now you look like every other person. There is no uniqueness to anyone, you looked so cute, and now that I realised that you don't look like this because you lost weight and because you did some artificial stuff I'm very traumatized. That was such a pretty feature of yours and now you've made yourself look like everyone else. I didn't expect that coming from you. I don't understand why people want to change how they look especially when they look so fucking pretty. Ugh this world
