    Hi! Mark Scheinfeld. Do you remember Cal and Affena Roberts. She was your cousin that had scoliosis. They had two boys I think were adopted. I would love to talk with those boys. I was their good friend and Real Estate Agent in the late 70s, early 80s. Gonna try all your recipes. My mother was from Burnside Kentucky and I miss her cooking, baking, frying, but miss my mother more. Love ya!

    I do it almost the same. I use 2 eggs and I heat the oil in the skillet , then pour some of that hot grease in the batter. Don't know.why but my mama does it that way

    Hey Stella yummy love me some cornbread. That's exactly how I make mine. I mix mine with my hands also. That's the only way that momma mixed hers up and I never seen her use measuring cups. Thanks and God bless 🙏
