There is a fuel station in Nyoma which is not mentioned here. Also I am told there is a new Petrol station at Tso Moriri. Not confirmed though...
Yes Nyoma has a fuel pump but being the only pump in eastern Ladakh it runs out of supply quite often. A petrol station in Tso moriri is just not possible.

Hanel upshi manali.... This route will be longer though. Nyoma pump is open but supply of fuel runs out quite often

Slight wrong information. Petrol pump is there in Nyoma. After/before visiting Tso moriri lake , they can fill the tank there.
