The Saiyan and Freeza arcs are at a 9~10 rating by themselves, and while the Cell arc has a lot of defects, it's still really creative. If you look at the Chimera Ants arc, 80% of it was inspired by DBZ. Meruem is an insect that evolves by absorbing forms of life and takes their abilities, with his personality changed by absorbing humans, just like Cell. Gon going Berserk only exists because of the Super Saiyan transformation in the Freeza arc, etc etc.
