I've used mosquito dunks in my wildlife pond for years. They work and don't hurt the fish or frogs. Several of my neighbors use those mosquito spraying companies. The companies are very aggressive and frequently try to push me sign up. I always refuse. My yard is full of birds, pollinators and wildlife.
This is amazing! I love watching your videos, and have been watching for a few years since I started gardening. Do you think this would work as an organic method to treat for mosquitoes in my rain barrel? I use the water to water my veggies, so I have been on the hunt for an organic solution that keeps the water safe for my edible plants.
You learn something new everyday, we don't get mosquitos in Ireland. Years ago we used to go on holidays to southeast Asia and my wife would be eaten alive but they never came near me don't no why.
I tried putting these in buckets of water around the yard. The result was drowned frogs so put a rock in there. It does kill larvae, but there were still mosquitoes around as my house backs the woods. It’s cheaper to just change the birdbath water.
Your videos are so good, so great. I really enjoy watching your videos. I wish you lots of health and success 💪💪
Thank you!!

Yes!!! You can add these to anything that holds water

I think they are attracted to specific blood types.

Well, if you take my advice and grow rice in those buckets you won’t drown frogs and you will help reduce mosquitoes.
