I want to purchase a cheap plot of land in Sacramento and I don't want to build anything on this land but I do want to live on this land in a Class C or Class A RV/Trailer. I inquired about some plots I am interested in and they said they didn't want to sell me the plot unless I was planning on building a single family home on the plot. Can you help me find a suitable plot in Sacramento?? Can you help me find a land seller that will not tell me what to do with my own land?? I want to live close to hospitals and grocery stores.
I have had multiple listings in the past come from door knocking! It works. People who do it the right way- will agree. I don’t need to do it anymore as an active lead generation source - as I get my deals from social media and relationship building 😊
