The Ocho is an 8-plex I bought almost three years ago and it has had a ton of drama but recently it has been much calmer as we have stabilized it. However, being a multifamily property it is still going to have move outs and vacancies.

You provide a lot of insight into being a landlord in these times. So many news channels just paint the owners as greedy and uncompromising. My sister and her husband own a few properties. 1250 is a rip off. These are nasty.
Looks like the ceiling in the bathroom has already been fixed once. Lucky the issue is over the shower so the mess is contained. They did a great job cleaning. Hopefully you good some good tenants to replace them.

Ask your guys to move the doors to the refrigerator over to open from the left side so the tenant doesn’t have to scrape their fingers on the walls. It’s easy. All refrigerators come in ready for this simple conversion
