Thermal Shock: Interactive Science Lesson 5

This is an instructional video for the demonstration and lab activity “Thermal Shock!” from the Materials Science Classroom Kit produced by The American Ceramic Society and The Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation. The learning objective for this lesson is to illustrate thermal shock and the effects of differing amounts of modifier on the properties of glass.
