My grandpa told my dad about Elvis, my dad told me about Freddie Mercury, I’m gonna tell my kids about Chester!😢♥️😇
i am lucky i have got to sahre my music with my son and now his grand daughters, they were not old enough to get Chester when he was alive but my youngest loves him now.
Freddie and Chester are my angels. I named my cats after them.
Well said 🤘
aahhhhnnn why'd you die ??? :(
Got to meet him randomly in LA. Changed my life. He will be forever missed
2024 anyone?
Yup. I’m here. This was less than a month before we lost Chester. Insane. The atmosphere at a LP concert is indescribable. There’s just something surreal about 10-20 thousand people that know every single word to every single song and sing it at the top of their lungs. It’s almost like an out of body experience. I’m so happy I was able to experience it twice, though I regret it wasn’t more than that. RIP Chester. Missed forever and always.
siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Firme e forte!
-After all this time?
-Always...
here:)
My biggest regret will forever be not seeing this band live while I had the chance. 😔

Agree
Right? And he feels so embraced. It's beautiful.
I thought that was mike

Chester said something before starting to sing one step closer but the mic wasn't on?
@@dedymayuji he was running out of voice when that song came in
do you know riverline?
I had my final exams the day after this concert and this was why I first didn't want to go to the Southside festival. I'm sooooo glad that I thought "fuck it I go anyway".
@VR96FE I 'm glad you ve made right decision...I bet you 'll remember that gig untill you live....one of their best (although I could easily say that for 90% of their gigs). Enjoy ;)
@@sasahuzjak2249 Definitely the last chance :/ I missed it...
@@h0nza_ Yes, a lot of us did :(
Right Decision. The Mix in this video is so weak and you were lucky to be there.
All have sinned and so all are worthy of death and deserve hell, for God’s standard is perfection and none of us could meet it by doing good deeds.
Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
But God loved us so much that He sent His Son to die in our place as a substitutionary atonement for our sins. He is the only way to Heaven that God has provided. If you believe in Him, then you will be saved.
John 3:16-18 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
Sing like an Angel
Scream like a demon
Live a man
Die a legend
RIP Chester
He definitely had a good reason, so, if i had no clue why he did it, i would shut the fuck up

Still Breaks My Heart That No One Closest Didn't Save Him😢
Still can't listen One More Light without tears
Mee too and "Leave out all the rest" and "Numb"
Feeling these words
@@mareen87black81 me too. I skip "one more light" every time when I watch their concert in 2017
I'm crying on every song 😭
I still can't believe
Im sad but I think that we have to go forward. He will be always with us. I listen LP every day and I love it. Good luck in life and remember. You are not alone. Peace
Man, the "One More Light" performance is really hard to watch, knowing he would leave us less than a month after this concert...I'm so grateful I was able to see them live at least once in 2014. RIP Chester, our Angel of Rock. #MakeChesterProud
Yes this fact is breaking my heart every time I watch this video. one month 💔😥😭
Listening to Leave out all the rest now is just impossible to me.
I come back to this every once in a while. I was there, 3rd row somewhere behind the guy that cried during crawling. The performance was absolutely great, best I‘ve seen from them and I saw a few. But what made this so special was the crowd. There were almost no cell phones up which is unusual these days. I remember how the mood of the festival was different after this performance. Somehow we knew we witnessed something special that night and we all were like family. That‘s what I like to call the Linkin Park effect. We miss you Chester, the world turned upside down since you‘re gone.
@Chris Carman same... stay strong🖤
This is fucking beautiful my man.
dude why would someone film the show 3rd row from the stage while standing still believing they wont be dead after 1-2 song . all the smartphone addict are located from the middle all the way to the back . ive seen this kind of people almost getting killed in a ramstein show at the front i learned that lesson pretty quick
I've watched a bunch of recordings of their live performances, but this is the one I keep coming back to as well. I agree that there's something special about this performance. Not just this recording- I've been watching this concert off and on since 2017 and this recording wasn't posted until 2020- this performance stands out for some intangible, but very real reason.
I feel you man, to me when I see him looking at the crowd and the way he interacted with the crowd in this video its like he knew he couldn't fight anymore.
1:02:51 that was me... I was rocking in the first row and was so in hype that i almost failed every lyrics from the songs but it was absolutely worth it. A drum stick from this evening has its own special place in my bookshelf
i can't imagine how tired it is for Chester to sing and scream for almost 2 hours. Truly a Legend!

I'm Here In June 2024😊
My brother and I sat in the barrier all day to be able to stand in first row for this concert… the energy that night is hard to describe. You can actually hear my brother during “leave out all the rest” when he yelled “forgeeeetting” at the wrong time 😂… we were next to the feed’s microphone unknowingly. This concert will always be one of my cherished memories.
Repeat, repeat and repeat - 2021 and counting....
Yeahhh bro ❤❤❤
Repeat it again in 2023
2024 Repeat Repeat😊
i was basically raised by them...cannot believe its been 3 years i miss you so much chazzy
Raised by them 😂😂
Chester looked so happy while performing especially at the end of the concert but no one knows what's going on in his mind. I still can't get over the fact that my favorite frontman and the man who helped me in many ways took his own life.
Maybe I'll see you on the flip side. Til then, my hero.
Cuz depression has no face.. 😭 i miss Chazy so bad..
@@holyfeait’s not just question about the fact that depression has no face… sadly most of people who suffer to the point to want to put an end to it, when they made their “plan” when they know when and how they will do it, they feel relief. They know their pains is almost over. So at that moment, they know it’s soon to be done and it’s a weight off their shoulders. They will always be happier in their last moments. To leave good memories to the people around them, to let people think they are alright so no more anxious about how they are doing. They think they make it less difficult for those around them… that’s why Chester looked so happy, he knew his pain was almost over, he wanted to give the best of himself to his fans, giving them the best memories they would have about him before leaving our world 🥺😫💔❤️ #ChesterOurAngel
Heroes always get remembered
But you know legends never die. You will never die Chester, we love you forever ❤️❤️
The Members of Grey daze said once "No, it's Chester making amends with the listener, because I really believe he regretted the decision to take his life the moment he did it. I think if he would've woken up the next day, he would've called me and said, 'I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that." that hit me so differently
Something for you to think about. So there’s this conspiracy theory out there (fyi I’m not one of those tin foil hat people lol) and I usually despise and dismiss these theories BUT Chris Cornell and Chester were VERY close friends. There’s several things out there somewhere that they were working together to expose some high level pedophile ring (some think Epstein’s Island) and had credible evidence to incriminate several people that were high in power. Yes, depression is easily masked, but more accounts of people close to the 2 say they were more on the side of sober and happier than not at the time of their exit from existence. This can’t be legitimately proven true or false, and never will be (those in power will do ANYTHING to keep that power and also mental illness can take a serious 180 at any moment, I know that from a best friend that’s no longer here) but there’s still so many things that don’t add up from what I’ve looked into. Most assume Chester couldn’t deal with the loss of his close friend a year before. But I’ll always question it. RIP to 2 of the greatest voices in the industry. Missed forever and always.
I wish we all could see him one more time 😢😔
We will, in heaven ❤️
As if we'd ever let him go again if we got the chance to see him "one more time"! :D

When I look at all these comments written 2 or 3 years ago I think was Chester still alive at that point just to realize that we are approaching 7 years without him.
Its hard to understand, how all the Love he must have felt during the Concert wasn't enough to help fight his demons 😪 ... who cares if someones Light goes out ... we f*ckin do .... 🙏

I never had the opportunity to see him live, that dream will remain for when I go to heaven and ask him to sing to me ❤️
I've had this exact same thought. With his birthday approaching this weekend, I hope he's gonna give them one hell of a concert up there. And I hope he sings to each and every one of his fans as they enter heaven when their time comes
Linkin Park the best band forever..2023 still listening their music... We miss LP...
Chester Linkin park never forget forever
Like the guy below me said : My biggest regret will forever be not seeing this band live while I had the chance. 😪
I can feel his voice crying while he singing "leave out all the rest" in this concert. Rip Chester.
I Agree. I STILL Feel Chesters Passionate Soul 😊
How I would have loved to have been at one of their concerts, jumping like crazy child in the crowd and only thinking about being happy.
In less than a month after this concert, Chester would no longer be amongst us. Chills. Rest in Peace, you absolute powerhouse of a human being
So funny to see Chester at the beggining with 8 layers of shirts, sweaters, coats and jackets, and at the end he's like "LOOK AT MY ABS"
Must have been very hot for him on stage.
Been watching this show for years. I was 5.5 months pregnant with my now 5 almost 6 year old. I will never, ever forget the day hearing the news about Chester’s passing. My son is growing up on LP. Chester was incredible and I’m so glad UA-cam exists to carry on his legacy
I feel like I was hugged by this Linkin Park Concert, right here, right now.
Chester is so polite. Always saying thank you after each song.
Crazy to see his transformation as opposed to 2004 Chester (Live in Texas) when he knew they were on top and kinda gloated about it, but rightfully so. Just shows how he grew as a person. Rip
He Was Nothing Like His EVIL Parents!!!
R.I.P Chester. We will never hear your voice again. Miss you 😭⚰️
Legends never die
He lives in our hearts

i'm literally listening to his voice right now
His voice lives on with their music. Thank you Chester, I still miss you!
I personally think this is the best concert they ever performed. Absolute perfection. LP at their very best.
Yea one of the bests. The one they performed at Red Square is also perfection. ❤
@@triveni4357 road to revolution was awesome tooooooo!
Pretty sure the months before Chesters passing he was the healthiest he'd been in years and you can really tell
Live in Texas bro ❤❤
The only thing I didn't like in this show was how they did In The End. They had the crowd sing the verse, and it really went off the rails. Everyone was off. In later shows, they flipped it and had the crowd sing the chorus, which worked out much better.
Chezzy pushed himself through his sore throat like an absolute unit. Just look at how he sang The Catalyst. With so much passion and power. Best singer of all time.
30:41 We miss this Screams!!! 🗣
One more light + Crawling (Piano) even in 2021 hits us so hard Chester. RIP to my childhood hero. All love From 🇵🇭
Suara chester adalah suara terthebeast diantara suara penyanyi siapapun itu titik.
I honestly believe this is their best concert performance ever. Like someone else said hard to listen to one more light. I am in my late sixties and still find it hard to believe I could be in tears over someone I have never met. There is no one like him nor will there be. RIP Chester.
I think this one is their 2nd best. Their best imho is the show right after. There’s just a few subtle differences but they’re almost exactly the same. This one: ua-cam.com/video/05Np9aAHV7s/v-deo.html has a verse from A Place From My Head instead of It’s Goin Down at the end of Castle of Glass, and it has Somewhere I Belong instead of From the Inside. The crowd is also way louder, which adds so much to the epicness. Check it out if you’re interested. This whole tour was incredibly special
Thank you for the info yes I had seen the concert I think all their concerts are brilliant but I watch the Southside one regularly. I have been listening to a recent release from their archives single 'Lost'. Listening to the words sung by Chester are heartbreaking the hurt he was obviously feeling. I don't think there will be another band like them.
Judith, I just turned 70 and grew up, like you, with certainly the greatest volume of great music ther will ever be. Led Zeppelin; Pink Floyd, Yes, Eagles, Aerosmith, The Beatles, Stones, Queen, Jethro Tull, Poco, Allman Brothers, The Doors, Deep Purple, etc. etc. Music is so important to me that God used it to save me in the late 70s with contemporary Christian music.
For rock music there will never be an era that can compare to it but Chester Bennington is the transcendent rock star of all time. 2 years ago I had heard their name but knew nothing about them. I retired and found You Tube videos. I found reaction videos and loved ones of rappers and diverse groups of people hearing “my” music and genuinely liking it.
While scrolling through the different bands the reactors were responding to I kept seeing Linkin Park on almost all of them. Not being a fan of rap I had gotten used to limited amounts with D. C. Talk on Jesus Freak. In The End was the first video reacted to. I liked Shinoda’s version of rap and the vocal reply but when Chester started “I put my trust in you…. it was immediate. I knew he was different.
For the next 6 months I spent at least an hour a day introducing myself to Chester and the rest of the uber talented guys. it reminded me of introducing my girls growing up to PF in particular. Realizing their talent and knowing there was a catalog of almost 20 years of inventory was unique. The only disappointment is that I have not been able to share this with many of my buddies in person who grew up with me discovering new artists. When I told some of them that LP was the best band I have ever heard they treated me as a heretic😊 but I resolutely believe that. I absolutely never get tired of their songs and his voice. I don’t know exactly why that’s the case but just want to share this gift with everyone who appreciates music like I do. Glad to know a fellow baby boomer feels the same way.
Just read your reply, like you my favourite bands were the ones you mentioned, led zeppelin was my favourite followed by jethro tull loved Ian Andersons voice but linkin park though are special. Chester was unique and i listen to him most days, especially the Grey Daze albums which have been updated but still use chester's original vocals. So pleased you are a fan of his. Check the updated new Grey Daze albums there are two of them if you like his voice as the albums are brilliant.
I come back to this performance every couple months when I need LP💔
Always Needed
I wish I would have gotten to see him in concert. The best vocals ever.
Sometimes I was like „they do not talk a lot at their concerts“ but everytime Chester began to sing, he said everything that was important. Linkin Parks music and their passion was beyond unbelievable and I‘m proud I grew up in the LP generation ❤
It all just feels so *wrong* that he's not here. If he were still here, we would have been hyped for another album by now. It's still hard to reconcile with the fact that he's gone. I really hope he's happy, wherever he is out there.
43:18 Waiting for the end (remember the name) THAT'S FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!

You understand the Posthumous nature of Linkin Park when u realise they continuously perform for over One and half hour, without a break, no recorded back track, just PURE music. I just discovered Linkin Park after I watch the news about Chester's death on TV. I don't have cellphone back then so, I don't know anything about them until the radio station in my country played their mainstream songs and that triggers my memory of their hits song which were "What I've Done" and "New Divide", then I tried in every ways to dig down more about them. LP was ahead of their time, and there's smth about all of their songs that we will never heard anymore. Their music is very real and relatable in every aspect of my life. In my darkest time, their music always helped me. It's such a shame I never knew about LP before. We will always love you Chester, hope you've found peace. 🙏🏻✨
