@@stoickingdom2024 I'm working on letting go of the "Outcome" and control...it's not easy...but it's freeing!! Also being present keeps me in the moment, life can change in a moment, good or bad!! A Dr friend told me about his 40 year old newly married friend who was found unconscious near the front door, severed spinal cord!! He finally came to, two weeks later and could reveal what happened..he walked through his front door, slipped on the hallway floor rug walking in, fell back and hit his head on the entry way door jam...he finally gained some movement in hands and feet, but may be this way his whole life....another friend passed from alcoholism...I'm so happy to be alive, to create, to move, to breathe, to think, to taste food, to laugh, to love, to pray, to know God, to keep trying, to learn, to sleep, to dream...to do these things you must be present!🙏❤️

It depends upon the good or bad time when bad times comes we begin to think and overthink that leads to trouble and danger
Empaths need this we get overcome with others emotions.... we can influence others not control them. We can help but not save the world all on our own. Love endures what it cannot control. Get good at healthy grieving for the past so you change your future response will become your present. You don't have relive only the negative of the past you can also relive the positive of the past. As a Braves fan for example... I can chose to review the past when the Braves won the world series, or I can chose to review the past when they lost the world series. Same with all stories the reader of the story choses what to focus on from that story.

What does "we cannot work with the past" mean?
It’s gone. Nothing there. Doesn’t exist, so you can’t work with it. You can only work with the present.
we can't mess with what's already gone down. Sometimes, the past is just that-done and dusted. We can't change what's happened, so it's best to focus on what we can do right now and in the future. It's about moving forward and not getting stuck tryna fix what's already behind us.
