I have NEVER used a better eyeliner in my life!!! I just started using her liner in Cinnamon and I’m obsessed. The colour, the glide the finish 😮incredible! The only downside is that now I want the Cocoa and the Black. My wallet won’t be happy but I will be 😂

I have no idea why I haven’t tried her eyeliners yet!! This is a beautiful shade and her formula just looks fantastic!! Ok, if she offers a holiday set with different liners as she has in previous years, I’m giving them a whirl!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE her liners. They are pricey for liners, but they are my absolute favorites. They don’t irritate my sensitive eyes, the colors are beautiful, they last on me, and I can use them as an eyeshadow stick, basically. I use my pretty light green one this way all the time but it’s not making it run down swiftly at all. ❤ And yes! The sponge on the back is perfect for smudging them!
I always open the sponge part first too until I realized ….the colored stripe is opposite the liner end or else it would sharpen away.
I’ve had my Cinnamon since you told us in the Friday member live it was on the Shop App. I LOVE this shade. In fact on one of my trips I took it and Bronze as my only eye shadow. This shade looks GREAT with green eyes!

I totally realized a few months ago that the color strip is on the sponge side and you have to open the opposite side. And yet… And yet… I still always open it on the wrong side first. Explain that to me ha ha

It’s perfection! I’m new to her makeup line and I just got this Cinnamon colour last week and it’s the only liner I ever want to use, besides ordering her Black and Cocoa of course 😂

Me too, I have 3 of the Lisa Eldridge ones and I like them, but they really need to have a smudger like the VB ones, it's a pain having to use a separate tool for smudging them. The VB ones are just the best. 😀

I got the free sample perfume cards. Just a tiny amount for one wearing. Not overwhelming. So far, I’ve sampled Suite 302 and Portofino and like them both, especially Suite 302, though I hate tobacco smoke! Anyway I’m a poor retiree these days and have no business buying so much VBB, much less her perfumes!
That shade is perfect on you, this bridges the gap between the lighter copper & the darker cocoa as there was quite a jump between these 2 shades. I’ve just ordered my first ever VB liner in Sea Gray, can’t wait to try it. Would love to see you review the new Posh lipstick in Spark, looks like the perfect nude on their website but I know will look different irl so I haven’t ordered yet

Love VB kajal liners! Very versatile, and they don't mess with my very sensitive eyes! Don't have this one yet (because I'm thinking Black Friday 🙈).

Woohoo Rebecca, I knew you'd be the first of my favourite makeup ladies to show this!! I actually bought Cinnamon last Friday, the moment it launched here in the UK, and it arrived yesterday. Unfortunately I'm ill with Covid right now so I'll have to wait until I'm better to use it, but I know I'm going to love it. I love every one of the VB satin kajals I've bought, I must have about 10 now. I have the Pecan shadow stick too so that's interesting that Cinnamon is so similar, but with a bit of shimmer. That highlighter stick looks lovely, I've been considering getter the lighter one .... I get paid tomorrow so maybe it might accidentally fall into my VB basket. 🤭

Good point regarding her liners being soft. I've thought this for ages, some of them are so soft you can't get a straight precise line out of them. I hope she looks into this as it's a shame as the colours are nice but definitely agree with you on that.

Yes. Really nice to get that discount. These liners are not what I would choose for precise lines. They are just too soft.
Picked it up last week and it arrived in a day or two. Beautiful color. Love these liners. I heard they were better than Lisa Eldridge (from someone’s videos), so I passed on those. There are so any I like. Tara Rose just recommended a new black liner from Christian Audette that I ordered! She said that it does NOT move!

First of all, thank you so very much. Secondly, I am horribly clumsy with eyeliner as well and I have hooded eyes so it takes up my entire lid. I just do smoky now or wind the water line and lash line.
It does make your green eyes pop! I wonder how this compares to Lisa Eldridge's burnt umber.

Hi Rebecca its beautiful. Is that the screen, or it looked to me much warmer, had that redness on the waterline, but when you smudged all over the eyelid, it didnt have that redness. It looked cooler🤔 and how it looks to compare to LE burnt amber . Which one is warmer? Have a blessed day🙏❤️
Not your screen. It appears as if it has a little bit of warmth on the water line but then on the eye it feels a much more true brown.
awesome color. I bought some when she first launched and found they didn't last long and were very soft so didn't buy anymore.
The weird thing is it really depends on the shade. For me, the Cocoa is lasting longer in the waterline than this shade but I like this shade better. Some of the shades are super soft. Some of them are a little bit more waxy. It’s not a consistent formula really

Ya know i tried a dark reddish brown eyeliner from Chanel that reminds me of Cinnamon but i always feel naked without my blackest of black liner 👀 🤭
I thought it was too gimmicky to always wear it. It'll appear next time. haha!
I didn’t get the advance notice! Just ordered the trio, with cinnamon, sequin green, and smoky quartz (which unfortunately got smashed when I had to wrench off the top, so I had to sharpen immediately). So far haven’t played with them much, but love them all! (Already had cocoa, ash, olive, bronze, surfside, and 2 sour apples!)
I hate when they’re broken right away. Darn it!!!
I feel like both the Cinnamon eyeliner and the Pecan shadow stick lean very slightly purple, at least in your footage. The pencil looks pretty on you, especially with the shirt you have on. Those eye pencils (and the Lisa Eldridge ones) irritate my eyes, but I see that the Pecan Eyelights is back in stock and so am interested in getting that one now.
That is so frustrating when you find something pretty and have an allergy to it. That’s like me with cats. I love them but I can’t hug them.
Can you do a comparison with this and Smoky Quartz? I'm trying to decide which of the two to get!

U know how many times I have watched ur swatch videos lol I'm making my order on the set of 3 and I'm trying to decide the color I want green or a different one for my 3 rd I am already repurchasing coco , and getting cinnamon so idk if I want green fig or a different shade. I'm so indecisive 🤣 they need to make it a set of 4 I almost just bought the 3 set then added fig as an extra one but idk if I want to spend 95 on just eyeliners today 🤣 I really want every shade. She needs to do 20% off more then 1 time a year cause I hate paying 32$ plush 5$ for the shipping.
* Ok so I just made the purchase 67.20 for 3 and I went with the green as the 3 rd . I wish she did a nude or whitish color in the satin Kajal formula I have her eye brightener one but I just really like the formula of the SK liners.

I love all her others (I have every color except for this one, Bordeaux, and Fig -- all the red/purple tones), especially the Olive -- so unique!
I've never used the Chantecaille pencils. How do they compare?

I’m going to check out the solid serum for sure. I have never tried Chantecaille eyeliners believe it or not. Clearly I need to. I have some homework to do here! ❤️
I bought the Chantecaille Luster Glide Eyeliner and it irritated my eyes more than almost anything I have ever used. It turns out that it has Teflon in it (Perfluorononyl Dimethicone). I think that their Japanese-made foundation is okay, but other than that, I have been quite disappointed with the eight or so items that I have purchased from them for various reasons (some performance, some irritation, and all are also way overpriced in my opinion), and so I am not very eager to try any more.
@@lisapetrison-beautyreviewsit’s funny you mention the irritation (well not funny, but…). I had purchased three of the Chantecaille eye luxe duos, and had to return all three! My eyes were sooooo irritated from them (tried two of the duos a couple of times, so I knew it wasn’t just a fluke).
The foundation samples I’d gotten, besides not being the best shade matches, also left my face feeling tight or just this side of itchy. I can wear the blur powder no problem (whew!) but do wish it came in a lighter/more neutral, less peachy shade.
@@cat_mom13 The ingredients do make it seem like I probably could tolerate the powder, but $82 is really expensive! So I haven't tried that yet. Interesting that you did not do well with the foundation - I thought that product was okay for me, though there are now a number of similar products on the market that I like better that are a lot less expensive (and that are in nicer packaging to boot).
@@lisapetrison-beautyreviews got the powder some time ago (in the Hummingbird compact!) likely with rewards/notes/during a sale..... It's very good under the eyes, around the nose, etc. for setting and blurring. The foundation was definitely a no go for me.

Oh what a great question. I think the bronze is long as a hint of warmth doesnt make you look like an albino lab rat. Do you know what I mean?
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I do know what you mean. I’ve seen her posts recommending bronze for green eyes and I just wondered which would work for me. Some have a bluer green which bronze would dazzle where as mine are more hazel green and wonder.
Ooh I wonder how this fares compared to Chanel Brun Agape and Sisley Sparkling Brown? I hope this has more staying power than Lisa's 😞xx

I was so hoping you would review the VBB Cinnamon, Rebecca! Your VBB reviews have definitely aided my purchase/not purchase decisions; I think Cinnamon is going to join her Sea Grey in my eye pencil cup. Thank you as well for the shade comparisons. I agree that while pricey, VBB liners show up beautifully and last a long time!
