The black eyeliner by Victoria Beckham is one of my favorites. It’s extremely black, easy to apply on my slightly hooded eyelids, you have time to manipulate it, they will set and stay in place all day, and easy to remove when I wash my face. I also like that when you’re ordering you have the option to decline the sharpener.
I also have about 6 of these. I was disappointed in the olive, it seems to have a very black base. As it wore on my eyes throughout the day, the green faded and just left a charcoal/black line on me. The bronze is my absolute favorite, it’s brightening and fun but still dark enough to give definition. On my oily hooded eyes I definitely have too use primer, or they slide off pretty quick. For your eyeliner showdown, you’ve got to try the danessa myricks eyeliners. They are duochrome, which sounds scary, but the softer lighter colors are so beautiful and flattering.
Love your comparison reviews. I do love my VB eyeliners when I want a smudged look- especially bronze and sea grey. They’re great to smudge up to use as both liner and eyeshadow. I do agree that those two colors look great in my bottom waterline to pop my eye look but I get frustrated because they don’t stay put or last long.
FYI to any/all: Violet Grey charges $28 for each liner and sends only one sharpener, regardless of how many you order. They don’t offer the no-sharpener option. 😡 I learned to hard way, after ordering all the colors at once from VG. Pretty not groovy of them. 😒
I can’t I figure out how to sharpen this. Mine doesn’t look like yours. Mine has hard plastic around the liner part so now it’s worn down and I can’t get any liner to come up. 🤔

I bought the liner vault last year and I really really like these liners for exactly what you said they were good for, an average day. Bronze on its own smudged out on top and bottom has been my go to for a quick easy look lately. So far I have liked everything from VBB that I have bought (lipstick, lip liners, eye liners, lid lustres) - nothing game changing but all solid stuff that I enjoy having in my collection. The primer and bronzer are definitely on my list to try out as well. I LOVE the idea of more liner reviews (and I may have to try the Chanel liner based on your description)!!!

Hi Sofia. Thanks so much for this video . Really Appreciate it. Not sure you are aware of how toxic some ingredients are in make up products. When I put Chanel Style Yeux Waterproof in my OnSkin App, it came up with a rating of "hazardous ingredient" called Ci 77266 (black 2) (Nano). I advise everyone to find out what they are putting on their face, skin, etc., that could cause harm. Victoria Beckham's products came up as moderate risk for only one of the ingredients, and the rest were scored "low risk". Artist color pencils had 3 ingredients that were scored as "moderate" risk. It's up to everyone what they do, but just wanted everyone to be aware of that.

Black looks like it has a very similar formulation as Georgio Armani Silk Eye Pencil. I LOVED that pencil - soooo smooooooth (except it never really sets)
What I like so much in your reviews is your preparation. The weeks long testing in advanced shows in the presentation. 👍🏻 I like VB and have 4. What about a comparison with the Chanel waterproof eye stylos ( the slim version) or the Sisley stylos?

I have! I find that in general these just aren’t super long lasting in the waterline unfortunately. I will use them when I want a subtle smokey eyeline

I did the easy looks that I would normally wear day to day. I haven’t noticed the branding to be super dramatic looks -I find that when I smudge these a lot they tend to blend away into nothing and I need to do several layers
How can i get more product from the one without sharpener? The tip is wasting but i though it was like the channel or Lancôme ones that u can just twist it but this cant be twisted!

They sent out a letter to their customers that they would be increasing their prices slightly right after the holidays. This is frustrating for sure but I appreciate them sending the letter since most other brands did this as well but without saying anything.

Using an angled brush right from the pencil to apply the wing might be helpful and more precise.

My issue with these is that they are creamy but they melt too easy. They become too soft and break off frequently.
