What kind of bat do you swing in the videos?
quick question, do you have any tips for keeping my bat in the zone for longer while staying inside of the ball? like any drills?
A couple things I do is set the tee up far out front in the middle. My goal is to hit it up the middle every time and this forces me to keep my hands in and the barrel in longer. Another thing is soft toss with my front leg towards shortstop/3rd. My goal is to hit it up the middle and this forces me to keep my hands in as long as possible
