I've really enjoyed learning more about the redge fit, I'm a truck driver and I'm always trying to learn new things to get in to shape while earning a living on the road
I just ordered it, with 12 bands total. Watching this, curls with no tension at the bottom are a problem. Overall looks pretty good. I also have Mike Brown's Samson cable set, which I peaked at 7 bands per arm for 20 rep curls; but after recovering from injury I'm back at 4-5.
I had a snap on my first exercise ever with the redge, now I’m a lil shell shocked to use it. These exercises look awesome tho, if i decide to risk it again I’ll be following along😊
i've got this system and it's well made; I wish they had varying band lengths. The single length the 4 bands come in aren't short enough to give enough resistance for biceps when i'm standing on the bar. Is there any way to shorten the bands, like maybe tie them in a knot in the middle, or would that weaken them?
Enjoy your video. I don’t see much benefit on the big muscle groups particularly squat exercises. Although you’re exercising for display I am 67 years old and using free weights I can still do a full squat with 225 -250 for 6 to 10 reps. However, using my Redge Fit and once the bands are max load I absolutely cannot get into position to do squats. I’ve tried everything that I can think of. Is there a secret to getting set up for squats using max resistance?
Let me explain something about your knees. The Knee Dips are ok but don't do them too much excessively. See this is where a doctor will tell you to not do too many hard knee dips bc your knees are very fragile. I'm telling you that you need to only do soo many soo when you turn 60 years old the cartilage in your knees will still be there and you don't need knee replacement due to haveing no cartilage in them anymore. Please understand that. Alot of people have knee replacement surgery due to this problem. I'm telling you dude listen to someone that knows 100 percent about this. Be careful with those Knee Dips. Your knees will be need to be replaced going at it the way you are doing this all the time. Your really really damageing that knee cartilage on your knees dude. Please heed my warning. When you turn 60 your going to regret doing these knee dips the way that you are.

Thanks God for this video. The rest are low quality. This is the best one.
Solid breakdown bro. Gym near my house isn’t 24 hours anymore so if I want to workout before 7AM I’m using RedgeFit in the garage.
Excellent video! Bought this as a low impact exercise programme now I'm in my 60's. I now know how versatile it is thanks to you. Good job!
I realize this was 2 years ago. I just got mine and I can't image one band stretching that far!
I just received mine yesterday and started doing it. Love this video easy to follow instructions. Thank you 👍👍

Awesome vid, been looking for a good one and this is it. Good job 👍🏽🤘🏽
Is there a way to tighten the slack on the bands? They seem loose when u squat. How tall are u? I'm 5'11" and want the bands tight at all times
I like to hook mine under the bottom of the door instead of the top for back rows.
Can’t wait to buy mine!!!😭😭
Is this product worth it?
My straps do not lock. Any suggestions

Hey buddy, you're right! The only way to shorten the band is to tie them into a knot :)
I’m not sure if I understand what you are saying but if you use multiple bands at a time it gives you more resistance without needing shorter ones
Will using the redge fit with my door damage the door? I am concerned that my door might break if I use higher weights
How good is this system?
Very good I highly recommend it!

Sit down first. Set the weight resistance…. Then get your head under in a comfortable position
And then stand up
Bro them bands are weak mines just ripped
