How long is the main story? I admittedly have not kept up with news on how the game’s structure is different from the other games
About 2 hours in, you have a choice of 3 main storylines to follow: Victory Road (8 gym badges + the champion), Team Star storyline, and another storyline about some herbs and strong Pokemon. I finished just the Victory Road main storyline so far, and that took me about 16 hours total
