Wow, this really shows how bad school is at teaching. I learn more by watching stuff than just sitting and listening and reading. Pictures and videos really helps alot. Thank you! Learned more from you than any of my years in school.
@@Aroosh9k366 you still getting the same meaningless answers from the so-called teachers! because nothing can match direct visualizing for the human understanding
I love the way you explained this! I thought your channel was one of the popular channels, I'm honestly surprised that a new channel is making such a nice video. I'm sure you'll reach many more followers soon, can't wait to watch your next videos!
I'm a school teacher. My specialty is ancient and medieval cultures and paleolithic ceremonial healing. This video is what was taught in the mid 1970s. A lot has changed since then. It's quaint, but not scientifically uo to date as of 2024. But the format is non threatening for propaganda.
Hi😁 your information is helping me alot am writing stuff about science and Stone Age | Prehistoric age i can't wait till my teacher sees this she is going to be amazed. MAY YOUR GOD BLESS YOU .AMEN💖
I'm 60 and as a kid the only educational video about the prehistory of humans I saw was the Flinstones, and the Biblical Genesis. And some textbook pages about Java Man, Peking Man, Cro Magnon and Neanderthals. That's pretty good for 1970, first grade.
I like the explanations, however, I noticed the pale skin of the animated characters. Weren't they to have inhabited regions where the people were characteristically dark skinned? When I see stuff like that, it often leads me to question -if the chosen, presented images aren't fundamentally accurate, what else might be off? ..... Thought I'd mention it, as I might not be the only one that notices such discrepancies. Jmo

That's a very good question. Scientists recover preserved bits of wheat DNA in pottery and discover starch residues on stone tools. As for rice, one tiny part of rice remains even thousands of years later: phytoliths, or hard, microscopic pieces of silica made by plant cells for self-defense. Rice leaves have fan-shaped phytoliths that don't burn, digest, or decompose. It’s specific patterns on these phytoliths that suggest people were not just gathering rice, but actually cultivating it.
The Stone Age, Bronze Age, and Iron Age ended in the Middle East before Christ was born. These three Ages refer to the periods before history. Much of our knowledge of these periods is based on the study of human artifacts, including those made of stone, bronze, and iron. The invention of historical writing by Herodotus brought the Iron age to an end because from then on our chief source was not the study of artifacts but the study of historical records.
If you are referring to the Stone Age populations of the Fertile Crescent, North Africa and Europe, then your depictions are very misleading. If you know the literature, then you know exactly what I am talking about.
What about murder? There was trade, but how much hostility could be expected in those times? What are the chances that a family/tribe you encounter in the paleolithic age, are going to kill, plunder and brutalize rather than try communicating and talking?
