Maybe you should say we have 12 ribs, the first 7 are true ribs which have direct connection with the sternum by costal cartilage, the bottom 5 ribs include 3 ribs which do not directly connect to sternum and 2 floating ribs. There may be misunderstandings if you say 7 true ribs, 5 false ribs and 2 floating ribs :) (It confused me at first) Anw, I love your videos. They have helped me a lot in term of visualization.

Now it consists of the first 7 that are called the Vertebrosternal Ribs, the next 3 are the Vertebrochondrial Ribs, and the last 2 are the Vertebral Ribs.
