I get nerve pains in my feet so heat and massage works fine !!!!! I Wash my feet every time before I use the Machine !!!! I have a lot of Heat and Massage Stuff which helps me a Lot !!!! I brought one, after watching your video. I checked my machine for the zips to get the bags out and guess what, there's no zips at all and no way of getting them out, manual no use even. There nothing too tell you how to clean it.
