you can see the facial expression of all the judges the second they hear the joke. they are originally pissed and then put on a smile to make it seem like they can take a joke and are not so egotistical. Sofia ported that perfectly. Howie however seemed to actually learn from the last time, he was the only one who genuinely laughed at the jokes.
Howie is a comedian who knows roasts are exactly that just roasts and means nothing
If nothing else, glad Howie eventually came around!
Howies were also a little tamer this time

This man didn’t deserve to go home on such a terrific act he did. Sure, he was hated the first time but he cleaned up and made better roast jokes and they were spot on funny.

Lennon Dorsey not necessarily again with the whole 9/11 tragedy & how jokes are always being made for dark humor. I didn’t find it offensive not because I didn’t go through it myself etc. but I’m sure he goes through a rough time having a name like that so making jokes about it & twisting it into something dark is fine with me. I was bored with his act because that’s all the content he can do. At the end of the day, people who crack dark humor jokes on AGT are just trying to make it through & they’re not doing it with bad intentions.
Seeing this performance, I feel like he could be a good Joker for a Batman movie.

I was not expecting such a good reaction from Heidi 👏🏼😂❤️
His first go around they seemed truly surprised and not on board with his act. The second time it feels like they were made aware of his work and understood it was a roast. It just flew over their heads. And he attacked Tyra off the bat; maybe had he started with Simon first, the “mean judge” and gotten he and the audience to laugh, then the other jokes would’ve seemed more in line and easier to swallow.
This guy is hilarious! The presentation was fun and original. I feel he's made a name for himself even if he's not an AGT winner.

As AGT points out in his bio for the show, he is the ONLY person to ever be liked by Simon when all the other judges buzzed him, on his first appearance. He deserved to return. He really is funny. His album "Hugs. Drugs. Pugs." Is awesome.

Loved this guy! This is what comedy is all about! It has to grab you and take you out of your comfort zone! Sofia Vergara is so accustomed to people paying her compliments that she was a bit offended. You must laugh at yourself, always. For we are all weirdos, aren't we? We must laugh for we will all end up in an urn and remember what he said at the end " We only love the people we roast the most!". Brilliant! Voted for him big time!

I think it was just Heidi and Sofia who were not having it, where as Howie had a smile snd I heard Terry laugh. This makes ense, as most of Terry's and Howie's roasts were actually good, whereas Sofia's and Heidi's were just rude-spirited and mean (not to mention rifled with sexism.)

I love his attitude so much! The only jokes I didn't get were the ones to Sofia because they were quite generic. I like the roasts to be more personal and slightly more fact-based in nature.
