- Check out all the cool old vintage cars I found today at a local Hot Wheels swap meet. I have a large assortment of vintage stuff to share with you, including: Corgi, Ertl, Lesney, Matchbox, Hot Wheels, Johnny Lightning, Yatming, Super Kings, Superfast, Redlines, and Blackwalls!
When i was a kid back in the 90s, I always really loved the majorette military vehicles.
Aircooled VW still opens-it has a translucent elastic holding the body shut. Great haul!
Thanks for the info my friend! Now I kind of want to take it out of the packaging knowing about the elastic... long term those tend to cause damage to the tampos and sometimes even the paint on diecast cars. Yikes!
I hav 1 old toy car
I love bags of loose cars! Pulling out the cars one by one to see what you got! On a side note, I was at my local grocery store and I came upon an error car! It was a VW T2 Pickup. Its plastic window part was sticking out and wasn’t in place. My very first error car! I was so excited :) I will never open it.
at 9.09 the black car is a 1956 Holden FJ built by General Holden Motors in
Australia
bags of loose old cars are just the best!!!
Oh yeah!
I'm so glad my mother just bought a box and bag filled of loose cars along with cases and a playset 2 days ago from a garage sale. unfortunately, they have to be mailed because this garage sale was in Minnesota and I live in California and my mom can't fit them in her bag. So I have to wait a few stupid days just to see what I got. 😐
@@wtffor i m big big fan of you and your collection
Indeed they are.
Back in July, I was at a flea market in upstate NY and picked up four bags of loose cars for $25, and it included a variety of Lesney Matchbox models, a pristine HW Getty Testarossa, a pair of perfect condition Matchbox Shelby GT500 Convertibles, and a pair of Siku models, a 996 911 Cabrio and a Bugatti Veyron, among other things.
Cool! Siku's are always really neat! I've got a collection of 60s/70s Siku models.
Nice collection
Incredible finds. Great score!
Thanks!
@@wtffor i love you
That was a fun haul. Awesome.
Still hope to get those two Datsuns and the five car box from Car Culture. But I agree, the prices on Ebay are just to high.
You did very good with buying those for affordable prices. As always, thanks for sharing! ;-)
The Pink Crown Victoria is by Hasboro and Winners Circle. It’s Dale Earnhardts first race car that was given to him that he raced on short tracks before making his NASCAR debut.
Thank you! Good info
I'd like to go back in time and listen in on the conversations at Lesney.... "Hey, you know what everyone wants? Trailer hitches in crappy colors." "Righto, especially on exotics and hot rods."
"Excalibur" isn't such a "funky OLD car."..Excalibur made cars styled after a 1928 Mercedes SSK but they were manufactured in the seventies and eighties.... Some nice finds there...I'd have loved to see you push Hot Rocker along to check the Rolamatic function still worked, sometimes the lug on the wheel gets snapped off.
And indeed a lug has been broken off... a shame... but oh well, my collection is more static than active. :)
The blazers and Broncos are so cool to find
That bag is killing me. Lots of cool stuff. The king size Matchbox trucks are great
I like that bag full of older cars.
ITS ALWAYS FUN GETTING A BOX OR A BAG OF LOOSE CARS
Yoshi's Hotwheels it's always better than loose women🍺🍻👏👏👏🍻👏🍺🍻🍺👏🍺🍻👍👍
B000III
Really enjoy spending time with another diecast collector, even if its via a video. thanks buddy.
Glad you enjoyed it!!!
Bit late to the party, whoops, interesting selection of loose beauties. Some of those old majorette never seen before and really enjoyed the play art models. Wow what a wild little no name, now I have no idea if it’s an old British car, but to me it looks a bit colonial, like an old Tatra or something. Could even be a late 50s Hillman. They exported the rights and stamps to Japan and they jump started the Toyota car factory, back in the day. Thanks for sharing this awesome haul lots to mull over.
Nice Haul !! The stuff in the bag is great. With the closing of many stores and the diminishing distribution of diecast in the stores I've been hunting the Swap Meets and Flea Markets the past couple of years finding some great stuff.
Cool video! The five car boxed set was a club exclusive earlier this year, the cars were all numbered zero, as the original sets had five cars numbered 1-5. I’m glad you picked them up, it’s a great set!
V chill
The "Hot Rocker" shown at 4:03 from Matchbox is actually a Ford Capri with a blown engine. My dad used to drive that car. I also had the Majorette "Excalibur" (in white) when i was a kid. Sometimes, you can find some pretty sweet models in these swap meets. And maybe something from your past. The Scammel Matchbox Trucks look very nice and in great condition too! This extra Car Culture set is great, too bad it wasn't available like the other CC sets, making it really difficult to acquire. Unless you're willing to pay Ebay prices of course. Thanks for showing all these!

The black car at 9:07 is made by Summer. It's an early 50's Chevrolet coupe, around 1953. Quite a hard one to find!
Wow! Thank you so much! Time for me to do some Wikipedia reading now!
Breezy I have a question, is Canada a real country?
and if I recall, either Rhino or High Speed copied that mold even worse and re-released it again with no interior and even cheaper plastic.
Awesome haul love all the vintage loose pieces...
The black GTO is from Heribe Fully Loaded. It’s driven by the bad guy of the movie, played by Matt Dillon
Thank you for the info!
Great video, and yes "dépanneuse" is tow truck ;)
Thank you!
Great varity of cars cool stuff enjoy.
I was 8 years old when the first Hot Wheel came out and I have loved little diecast cars ever since as a collector I don't have very many maybe 250 maybe 300 not enough for me. I am sure some people think I'm too old to be collecting the little cars but you're only as old as you think and I think I'm young.. anyway really like your videos keep up the good work
No one is ever too old to collect! Having a hobby is what keeps people sharp as they get older - and interesting! LOL... Take my 94 year old neighbor, Jim, for example. (If you haven't already, watch my video series "Jim's Collection". I personally intend to collect until I am too old and feeble to be able to do so. That is a very long time, my friend!
Awesome scoopage O-Dawg! We're in the same area I've been going to the 400 and Stoufville flea markets since I was a young boy and my mother had tables at both these flea markets, and of course I was recruited to load the wagon the night before, unpack and set up her booth, then at the end of the day reload and do it all over again the next weekend!
She gave me $25 each time, and I bought some truly awesome things back then. One of the regular sellers was a big fat old man who sold military items, and I bought WWII Canadian/British helmet with original mesh, and a WWI officer's sword for $25!! The sword alone would fetch a couple of grand today.
One weekend he had a white electric guitar in with his military stuff which was weird, anyway I bought it, and it wasn't until a couple of years later that I realized what I bought for $25 - a mint 1970's Gibson Les Paul that would sell for over TEN THOUSAND today!! What?!!
Jack - South East shore on Lake Simcoe
Hi Jack! Sounds like you had some great adventures and memories, along with a few fantastic finds to be sure! I'll bet you found lots of old toy cars too....
@@wtffor
" I'll bet you found lots of old toy cars too.." LOL! I had me a good old fashioned brain fart there, add in the "Oldtimer's" disease and you get a melted mind, which is quite different from the 'mind meld" I digress...again!
The reason I started that post was to just state the fact, where there weren't a heck of a lot of die-cast at those flea markets back then. By back then I mean around 1969-74.
I wasn't a collector back then, at that age, between 7 and 14, I was more interested in anything that caught my eye. The military stuff, and guitar etc.
But each Christmas I could pretty much count on finding die cast cases full of Matchbox, and a variety of other brands.
My mother would always buy the coolest, most unique and hard to find die cast and any number of other cool toys from the flea markets.
I had a bunch of those old nylon Matchbox cases each one full of cool cars and trucks. Some of the other cool used toys such as this huge Cape Canaveral set, and Gawd only knows where that would have come from! The rocket and tower were close to three feet tall, and there was this cool flip up tin complex with various buildings and a bunch of awesome tracked trucks and other weird vehicles.
I loved the used stuff more than the new!
Of course I can't ever forget the day my father went out to fill the car up at his buddy's ESSO station, and there was a giveaway with each fill up. Well a lot of adults didn't want the "gift" so Dad's buddy would always keep an old grape crate full of these giveaway items, and Dad would bring them home.
This one day he came back with a bunch of new die cast called Hot Wheels, and my brother and I both dropped dead from pure joy, then we were revived, and died again! LOL!
Anyway...')
Jack
dude, I gotta say you have the one of thee coolest collections I've ever seen.. just love how you have it laid out in your basement there. . your videos are awesome .. always a pleasure
Love the vintage stuff , 1970's-mid 1990's have always been my thing . Great finds man.
Thank you buddy!
Hey
Michael
Is you 😮
Wow Bro excellent video you got good cars I'm happy for you bro 🤗 Im really exited and happy myself because today at Walmart I finally found the blue Datsun bluebird 71 wagon and the Volkswagen squareback from the 50th favorites set edition . I also found one of the Greddy haulers from team transport . Today was a great day for me hehehe .
I have thousands of hot wheels from the Matchbox #1 Avaling Baeford road roller to the hot wheels Porsche/Volkswagen Racing hauler set I got the other day
The Johnny Lightning GTO is from the 2005 Herbie remake. That car was the car that raced head to head against Herbie
thank you for knowing I thought he was stupid
MKIIWarrior your welcome!
The real car was sold in some parts of the world as a Holden Monaro and others as a Pontiac GTO.
diecasttvchannel I know that...I’m a freakin car genius so of course I know about the Holden Monaro and the HSV GTS Coupe. Only Australia and New Zealand sold these as the Monaro. In the UK and Germany they were built by Opel and Vauxhall and the US only got it as the GTO.
The Rusty Hubcap US Good to know. Of course the other difference is that in AU, NZ and UK these are configured as RHD.
That is a great haul! The police car at 17:42 is a Plymouth Fury I believe.
Thank you! I believe you are correct!
I can confirm as well. Plymouth Fury. One of my favorites as a kid and now. There is also a Fire Chief redline in the same casting.
The pink k2 car is the Dale Earnhardt Sr race car definitely one to hold on to.
i like that video of cars it's my favorite video ever
loved the bag of old cars and the 510’s 🤘🤘great haul
Buen video! Me encantan los Bronco y también Blazer, disfrute viéndolo, imaginaba cuando voy a los flymarket y hago esos descubrimientos!
There is alot of matchbox also, I will buy these all day everyday when I come up on them. Nice show😀😁
Spectacular haul and such amazing prices! Incredible that you could pick up a complete Car Culture boxed set and both those RLC Datsun 510s at the same event - three stunning recently released pieces! Chuckled when you told us about the Matchbox "Hot Rocker" - broken engine LOL! Good on you buddy, great watch =)
The pink k2 car was a winners circle or racing champions rendition on dale earnhardt's dirt track car before running a ford torino on asphalt and stepping up to his long term chevy runs throughout the rest of his career
The RLC Car Culture was released earlier this year. Still a hard set to get if you weren't the lucky few to buy on release.
Awesome classic Matchbox and Hotwheels 👍😁💖
Cool haul brother! I like a bunch! Cool van with flames ! And well too too many to list really ! I need a good bit of those!
17:04 I think that GTO is from one of the Herbie movies, one where they raced around the city
From BUSTER246: "The black GTO is from Heribe Fully Loaded. It’s driven by the bad guy of the movie, played by Matt Dillon"
@@wtffor watch out a
Awesome haul!!!
I had the white mustang as a kid back in 1968 or 69 . Cool car .
awesome vídeo with lot of cool stuff and ifo.
greetings from Argentina!
I have that black Jeep in Red and Blue. They are sweet.
I remember having the green volkswagon matchbox as a kid. I think a complete one has surf boards on the roof rack.
Beautiful one at 11:45! Plenty of nice blackeys in there!
That matchbox Pontiac Firebird is the same color as my 72 Nova 4 door I got stashed at a friend's house in Colorado.
Do you have a hot wheels Volkswagen exclusive video? If not will you film one? I have been collecting Hot Wheels,Matchbox, and Jonny Lightning since 1995. I only collect
V W.
omg i wish i could find that international transport truck
I love the orange Nissan Truck. I will probably look for one for myself.
I love old toy cars
I'd like the 1970's camper!
You have nice matchbox superkings models.
I am one of Your subscriber & watching this video from Indonesia. Nice collection.
That 1969 police cruiser is so cool!! One of my favorite castings!! It’s actually a 68-69 plymouth fury II. still haven’t bought one or the fire chief but hopefully I can find one soon!
The alpine is a rally race car you’d spot on. Also the X1/9 is like a much slower MR2. 12 sec 0-60 rear engine targa top
the 4x4 vet is like thee thing. MAN ..Matchbox ? IDK if Hotwheels did them but they were pretty rare in the day.
that black car you were querying looks very much like a 1954 Holden by GMH Australia
That pink car with K-2 is Dale Earnhardt Sr's race car they call it the K car. I have a single one on a card and it also came in a 5 pack that I have of his NASCAR cars over the years.
Cool, wish I had those
9:09 Looks like a '51 Chevy or Plymouth and the HW police cruiser is a '67 Plymouth Fury.
That Pontiac was featured in Herbie Fully Loaded
Thank you beautiful haul man the Kool canuk you are mate
In the US the fast and furious set is 1.25
Great haul man! Hope to see you at one of the meets some day!
Awesome Haul! Love the loose bag. Just came home with one like that(only a lot smaller) from the Shipshewana flea market! Along with some carded goodies as well.
hey bud just snooping ... so much good stuff . been busy picking up all the new squarebody releases.. every chase and raw .. its crazy
Hi colega! Could you make more videos on your beauty junk yard diorama? Saludos desde Dallas Tx.
Fantastic O-Dawg...great video, and you did get some really good deals...
Thanks Dave!
Parents should consider going to a flea market instead of Walmart for hot wheels
John Schuster wait what?
Kyle Soler oops, that's a typo, I mean parents should consider going to a flea market instead of Walmart for hot wheels for their kids (because we want toys that last forever, not things that breaks easily)
I agree some times you can find good 90s to younger ferrari cars at good prices

Wal-Mart's are always stalked by scalpers anyway so they rarely have anything. For example Matchbox in 2017 I found maybe 5 total cars the entire year. The shelves... Always empty. We would maybe get a case but it would be gone before it hit the floor. Scalpers grab the cases right off the pallets. But some of us work and can't hide out at Wal-Mart all night so we miss out.
Van that’s in the back of the bag with the flames on it it’s the one I have. I have one just like that.
I was at the Same swap meet and got a pile of stuff too. It was a good day. Cheers !
Awesome buddy! It was great I will definitely be going to some more from now on! See you there!
wtffor Did you talk to Doug at the meet. The new location for the meets is the Edward Hotel at 401/404.
The 400 flea market is great, found a super for 2 bucks
The 3 datsun does are really expensive that was the best find I have seen
+ ¡ yfj*
In the us the fast and furious set is a dollar a piece
nice collection tho and my other comment wasn't for the uploadee but in general for everyone I know some remember the 90s buying those even matchbox mercury taxis👍👍👍👏the 90s had the best of all brands almost
I love go to markets for diecast.
Need to go to a diecast swap meet sometime
Nice Haul
The hand, roppey, cranky, thing.......you heard it here folks. 24:22
police car 67-68 Plymouth fury.
pink 55 rAce car I believe is dale earnhardt's first race car
My ex-girlfriend's dad gave me a Packin' Pacer pretty close to the same condition as yours. I love it.
Love the Chevy Citation. Not in great shape but it has potential.
Thats a great haul dude.
Thanks buddy!
15:00 Look up Alpine A110. It's the racing version and must be a sight to behold for a North American.
They released a million Datsun 510s and they get more expensive with each new model
Abbi Ravindhran expecially considering there are better options out there
I love Brando’s too!
Nice haul - love loose cars.
Yes iced out is nicest car
Just wow
Awesome video as usual!
Thanks!
the pink k2 car is a toy version of Dale Earnhardt seniors first race car
Meccano was the parent company of Dinky, also the Rolamatic car is a model of the Ford Capri, a MK1 version, which was supposed to be like a European Mustang, but was really lame, some of them only had a 1.3cc, 4 cylinder, there was a few v6's they did but they were rare. I think it was sold as a Mercury in the US.
awesome Hall in there bro
Hello,
I am one of your subscribers on your UA-cam channel. I have watch almost all your videos. They are always great videos! Myself I have been collecting for several years now and have since started my own UA-cam channel. I like to share my collections and my awesome scores too. I didn’t make out to the flea market unfortunately. I got the information when I first started collecting from you with the Plano case which are great. You have mentioned your in Canada as I am too. Im located near London Ontario. I just wanted to see maybe where your from. Not your personal information.
Hi, always enjoy the reveals.
By the way the Meccano brand is pronounce Me-kann-o.
Love these videos
