I didn't want to wait because I didn't want to put the cabinet together twice, and it was sitting in the garage in the box waiting until I got the graphics. But yes... Rodney is one of the all time greats. They don't make them like that anymore!

Arcade 1up releases so many variations of legacy cabinets, I don't understand why they can't make another one of these. Thanks for sharing. Your cab looks awesome!
Thank you! I did hold off for several months because I felt that they would release a newer version of this with a bowling game bundled in. I found this at my local WalMart and it was listed for $399 for a long time. Then one day I found out that it actually scanned for $199, so at that price it was game on! Now that I have it, then I assure you a newer better version in on the way, HAHA!
Oh wow, I just grabbed a used golden tee from a guy in Boston yesterday since I couldn’t find one anywhere but for $750 on eBay (damn scalpers). I used to bartend years ago and always played after hours along with Buck Hunter that I just ordered also. I might have to pick up this vinyl set, so much more appealing and one of my favorite movies. Now living in a lake community, we just go from house to house instead of out to the bars. So now I have that corner of my bar I worked at here at home to share with neighbors/great friends. Love your channel and always look forward to the next one
I moved about a year ago, and I'm just now meeting some parents through coaching little league. They come over and we all have a blast with the arcade. Buck Hunter is definitely one of the funnest games to play with company. The 2 player Shootout mode is a whole lot of fun. I do love the Caddyshack skin for the Golden Tee, I just haven't gotten to play enough of it yet. All my spare time in the gameroom of late has gone towards either the Legends Pinball or the racing cockpit that I recently assembled. How is your Legends Pinball working out BTW???
@@originalconsolegamer8572 a long time ago I bought the original golden tee complete board and all the hardware that goes with it... make a golden tee complete with the 2001-2005 versions of the games But I do like the originals a little too much to give them up.. so a second cab so I could have both would be awesome with “complete” decals on it..

Like the MvC cabinet I added the kickplate graphic to, and that is all I will probably ever do to it. Having a cabinet with 2001-2005 would be sweet! I'm curious if Arcade1Up would ever go there? They usually stay pre-2000 for the most part.

@@originalconsolegamer8572 completely agree. I've been wanting to buy the out Run cabinet and all we have available is the sit down version for $749.99 plus 13% tax. It's actually less expensive to have the stand up version brought to the border and across believe it or not.
@@cleetusvandame the OutRun is fantastic. I believe it's up there with MvC as one of the best cabinets that Arcade1Up has put out there. I prefer the Sit Down, but I know a lot of people feel the same way about the Stand Up as well.

So after this week and maybe 1 more week for the tournament, then I will start getting caught up. You will more than likely see so much of me, that it will wear you out. But I'm 100% glad that I made the switch. I do really like the SW in comparison to the Marvel one. I believe it's the best version 1 machine from Arcade1Up. I could see how a Marvel fan would feel the same for the Marvel unit though. At the same time I have it right next to my Legends Pinball, so the Legends just really kicks it's a$$ across the board. I'll have to show some comparison footage of both the units because it's pretty hard to comprehend without seeing both in person though.

I remember as a kid passing the golden tee and not thinking much of it, but I've very much been into golf games as I've gotten older, and now I love it to bits. Interesting with the Caddyshack side art. I'm more of a Happy Gilmore guy myself. I wonder if they do cabinet art for that movie as well.
I've only played a handful of holes so far. I do see the appeal as it's a very chill game. The trackball is a lot of fun, and pretty accurate. A few days after I put together the Golden Tee I actually built an arcade racing cockpit, so needless to say... that has taken my spare time. Well that and the Legends Pinball and Star Wars Pinball that are all only a few weeks old as well. As far as the graphics... yes they also have a Happy Gilmore full skin as well.
@@originalconsolegamer8572 Sounds good! Actually, I learned a great trick a few weeks ago for pulling off straight shots with the trackball. Just make a triangle with your hands together (index fingers and thumbs touching each other). Now take that hand position and put it over the trackball, with your two thumbs resting on the bottom of the ball, and your two index fingers resting on the deck firmly above the ball. Flick both thumbs forward while keeping your index fingers on the deck and you'll hit a straight shot every time. It's a trick i wish i knew sooner!
